Furniture

I had an amazing experience with Ashley Furniture in Langley. I went into the store feeling stressed and overwhelmed with putting together a certain look in my new home. My salesperson Kim went above and beyond to walk me through choosing just the right peices. She even went so far as to relocate furniture in the store to show me what it would look like in my home. I can’t wait til my new furniture arrives. I will be taking pictures and bringing them in to her to get decoration advice too. Thanks Kim for turning my stress excitement. See you in October.

Stopped in today on our way to Harrison Hot Springs. There 2was a man and woman running the shop and neither of them said a word to us as we looked about. Not friendly & we will not be going back.

I have never written a review before, nor do I ever shop retail but I wanted a really good new mattress and went into the Bedroom Gallery to see if they were competitive with their mattresses....... I ended up buying a BRAND NEW world class for $400 less than the next best price I was quoted and full factory warranty too. It was delivered to me in the time promised so that was nice. Even though my place is spotless and im not dirty the delivery guys bagged and sealed my old mattress when they hauled it away. I could tell these guys were pro's cuz I care about cleaning. I also learned that big companies with year long trials take those beds back and sell them used!!! Gross.

If you are around Chilliwack, don’t miss this lovely store with fantastic Antiques and more, that are refurbished with much passion and love by the super awesome store owners John and Bev ❤️ We were on our way back from a road trip and as I am a big vintage and antiques lover I found their store online. We just wanted to have a quick look around... well, we left happy and with a bureau desk and a beautiful maple wood coffee table!!!

Good deals and service.

Excellent workmanship. Very friendly staff.

My first time there and Jim was super helpful

Highly recommended. So friendly with Great services. He deserves the best for all his hard works. The best furniture finishing in lower mainland. Thank you.

Horible service. I took my boat seats to him and was told at least a month. Called after 6 weeks to be told maybe next week. Called 2 weeks to be told again maybe next week.I waited another 2 weeks and had to go get em back. No appologies were offered. No debit or Credit cards accepted. The reception i guess that's what i should call it was poluted with cigarette smoke. Jeremy.

I had the best experience buying mattress and it was great dealing with roxy and the owner. They have the best deals and prices. If you want a mattress look no further as they are the best in the town.

I would give this store 0 stars if I could. The manager is the rudest person I have ever dealt with! The prices she quoted me changed every time I talked to her as she suddenly found more fees etc to charge that were not disclosed when she gave previous prices. Then when I questioned one of the details, she just quit emailing me and I never heard from her again. I took my business to the Abbotsford store and they were FANTASTIC!!! After, I was told by several other people in Chilliwack that this store has a reputation and no one will deal with them!!

Tammy Sloan was very helpful and a great associate. She helped us out and got us what we wanted at a reasonable affordable price. I have bought all my furniture there for the last 10 years

Amazing service. We bought an eight piece king size bedroom suite and tempur pedic bed and had it delivered two days later. Unfortunately, my apartment complex did have a functioning elevator. The delivery guys, nav and warren, lifted all the items up three flights of stairs. It took them over 3 hours but they did it without complaining. Thank you to the management, staff and delivery people at hometown. Great customer service that went above and beyond what we were expecting.

After another sleepless night on the rock of a “soft” mattress I purchased, I give this store a one star. The salesman told me that half of Chilliwack has this mattress.. I highly doubt that. And do not buy a mattress protectant from this store either. Spent a $100.00 on one and it’s like sleeping on a plastic bag. Overall, very disappointing and the salespeople have no interest in making anything right.

Staff have always been very helpful and pleasant. Qualify of furniture purchased has been excellent. Have products made in Canada.
