Called to get pricing and then again to place an order. Both times the phone was answered by different guys , both with extremely brusque attitudes, no manners nor any kind of politeness. The second guy hung up on me (and there was no reason to, I was simply placing an order on the phone for items they had in stock). Brutal.

Awesome store, great people, big change from years past! We won't shop for building supplies anywhere else, you guys are doing it right!!

It is my favourite hardware store in the city. They have pretty much everythi g you could ever want and besides peak times, there are usually a lot of staff around to help

Higher end boutique store. I still have not found something I love there yet. Found items I liked but had issues with the fit. Pricing is also high for something im not in love with. If I find something worth it i will change this rating.

Amazing selection of specialty woodworking tools. A bit pricy, but nice stuff.

If I could give zero stars that would be it NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Bought a roll of sandblast resistant vinyl tape from pleasantside distribution (this company went by that name some time ago) which was worth $160, they gave me the wrong color of tape.. bright yellow instead of white.. easy mix up right? Tried to exchange for the proper colour and they said there's nothing they can do because they don't carry the product any longer and it was from too long ago. BE WARNED, STAY AWAY!!!

Glad to know i'm not the only person with issues with this company. I've been looking for one stupid small pin for about 2 weeks now and no where seems to sell it. I FINALLY found some in stock at the Ontario location which i called asking if they could ship the item and i'd be MORE than happy to pay for everything involved in that. They told me it would be faster and easier to just call one of the locations in my city, (which i did... i actually called 3 of them) and have them do an internal transfer of the item. One location told me he "probably" doesn't have what i'm looking for before i even gave him a description or part number. So i guess they have psychics working there too.. cool. So i called another location and was told NO WAY do they do that and i would need an account since i'm not a company. WELL... I AM with a company and i'm not making an account for a $4.00 f*#^ing pin! What the actual hell is the point of needing an account. Tell me. The answer is NONE because we are also a company that deals in accounts and we would never turn away a sale. Ridiculous.
