THEY DON’T A SINGLE FLAT BIT TO SELL TODAY! Not even ONE! They are ridiculous!!

Went there to get some heim joints for my race car. The owner came out and assisted me personally, asked me what I was using them for, gave me the correct parts (not the ones I asked for!) and made me feel at home. Huge inventory of products and awesome place to do business with!

Visited Rona on Dundas Street east Miss. I was there for maybe 10 minutes. I was asked if I needed any help, was directed to the proper isle, once there I spoke to a gentleman in the bathroom fan area, explained my situation to him concerning a cheap quick fix repair job and within a minute he provided me with the proper replacement part... VERY helpful and knowledgeable staff...smaller big box store but definitely a pleasure to shop there. Thanks Rona..

there is one guy who works here that is cool, he's been working at this location for a long time. the rest ... a bunch of jerks, no customer service, they think their all tough guys and want to belittle the people who go there to buy stuff from the store. WAKE UP LADS ! Its not about you, its about the customers.
