Complete rip off for my aging Father. It does not cost upwards of $4K for a set of hearing aids. The inflation on this is unbelievable. There are almost as many of these shops as there are McDonalds in the area!! Clearly its a rip off ;) What I do care about is ETHICS. I made a few more calls and had meetings and we got the exact same thing for a MUCH better price(half off and some). I beg you all to shop around. They have hanged from "Listen Up" due to regulations that were put in place from the Government making sure all locations had a Hearing Technologist present as prior they had 10 locations and one tech would manage all. Please stay far, far away from these money hungry people.

I have a very specific hearing loss that is challenging to work with. I have been to several hearing aid specialists over the years and have never found anyone as patient and knowledgeable as Susan at North Halton Better Hearing Centre. She has gone above and beyond to try to help me, and has let me try different manufacturers of aids. She has never been pushy and I am very happy with the service she provides. Thank you Susan for all your help.

Really good service and communication

was a wonderful experience. Thoroughly explained all aspects of the hearing test, and what was involved. Was patient, and clear. Would highly recommend this location for any hearing needs. Building is wheelchair accessible too which I found helpful.

After suffering with Tinnitus for 8 years and seeing various Audiologists & ENT's I am happy to have found Ascent Hearing. The staff are extremely nice. Ryan is very knowledgeable, provides a thorough service and goes above and beyond to make sure his customer is satisfied. He is the first person that has offered me some relief! He also provided my father-in-law with hearing aids which has made his quality of life so much better.

My mom and I originally signed up for the U of T hearing study. We both underwent hearing tests & ultimately my mother required hearing aids. Firstly, the staff (Linda and Michael) are wonderful. Michael , the audiologist, really listens to his patients and is excellent at adjusting the hearing aids to meet his patient's needs and to try to rectify any issues. Linda is service oriented, friendly and provides clear instructions (for completing the study). My mom is very happy with the service and got a great pair of hearing aids. Thank you Linda and Michael.

Cara Jelinek did a wonderful job of testing and outfitting my 91 year old Father with a new hearing aid. Answered all of his questions and he is truly enjoying the hearing aid. Thanks also to Gayle for help with all the insurance forms. A wonderful team. Highly recommended Hearing Life, Cara and team.

Kristen, in the from office, was welcoming, courteous and knowledgeable; and Lauren, the hearing instrument specialist, was professional, clear and very thorough in explaining the extent of my hearing loss, and how the hearing aids could compensate for it. I am extremely pleased with their service, and with the quality of the hearings aids that Lauren recommended.
