Hearing Aid

The staff at Advanced Hearing have been phenomenal with my daughter from day one. We started going there when our daughter was 2 years old & she is now 4 going on 5 and loves coming here. Everyone is so patient and understanding. We've had some hurdles to deal with when it comes to our daughters hearing and her hearing aids but amongst all of it they have been there every step of the way. Never a long wait to get in especially when it's an emergency. I can't thank everyone at the Ajax & Oshawa locations for everything they do. Looking forward to coming in soon and changing my daughters hearing aids & this time she'll be old enough to really understand picking out her colours!

Nav and everyone at Professional Hearing Services of Ajax have helped me to be able to hear again. I am extremely happy with my new hearing aids from HeringLife. in Bolton, On. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I am using my aids now for over 2 month (from morning to night) and NEVER had any problems. Now, nobody can talk behind my back because I can hear everything. LOL All I can say is: Total satisfaction.

First time around I had a really bad experience with them, they ordered the wrong hearing aid by mistake, I had asked for a hearing aid which lasts 18 hours, they ordered the one which lasts 16 hours instead but charged me for the 18 hour one which is a difference of several hundred dollars When I brought it up with the hearing aid centre manager she was trying to convince me "you must have not ordered the correct one" that conversation didn't go over well I asked to speak to the manager of the whole Costco warehouse about how the hearing aid manager is rude and talks down to me just because I wear a hearing aid he was quite proactive about it and they had the mistake fixed. The hearing aid price range is nearly half compared to the ones sold at other places too. They offer free wax guards and they are really good with fixing and cleaning your hearing aid while you shop for your groceries too

I’m new to the world of hearing aids. Just got a pair of samples from Art Of Hearing. Cristina took the time to explain everything that the hearing aids are capable of. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field and very dedicated in providing care to her clients. I am looking forward to working with her as I resolve my hearing issues.

Personal touch good service but expensive

I have been wearing hearing aids for many years & previously dealt with two other hearing specialists. The Signia (by Siemens) hearing aids I purchased from The Hearing Room are without question the best hearing aids I've ever had. The multiple programs & various functions all controllable from my iphone are excellent. The customer service I received from The Hearing Room in Stoufville is the best I've ever had over the years of purchasing hearing aids. I highly recommend them.

I called the clinic today inquiring about custom made earplugs for swimmers. I spoke with Linda the office manager. She asked me some key questions and provided me with info I did not know - if you loose weight you also loose weight in your ears! Who knew. We decided I will wait for a few months until I am finished my weight journey. I highly recommend this clinic. They saved me from purchasing earplugs now and then having to repurchase. This is caring, customer service at the highest level👍 I highly recommend Lakeshore Paramedical Hearing Services.

I am very impressed with both Christina's and Misty's professionalism. Christina explains in detail every step in the testing and analysis process. She also completes a thorough review of the various hearing aid options that are available through ListenUp Canada. And, finally, the support in ordering, configuring and follow-up assessments for your new hearing aids is second to none. I would highly recommend ListenUp Canada in Aurora to anyone.
