I just left the office. I was told that it would not be a good fit for him at this place in his career. I was asking serious question s about hearing aids for my mother that has dementia. I am a get to the point kind of person. I don't want to hear about your rewards or personal achievements, I want to know what is best for my mother. Because of my apparent focus that did not work for him. This place wastedmine and my mother's time. No one should ever go here it is all about the money.

My mother started coming to Puget Sound Hearing Aid & Audiology a few months ago to get fitted for a hearing aid. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and guided her through the whole process and answered any questions we had. They were flexible in accommodating our schedules and with providing different payment options. I’m incredibly grateful to Linda Knisley, she made an arduous and intimidating process very easy to handle.

A company with honest employees. When I mentioned to the audiologist that I came to Seattle for military training many years ago and that was what caused my hearing loss, he suggested that I apply for free hearing aids through the VA. I now have a pair of $6,400 Phonak BTE Boleros and a Roger Pen Bluetooth device to connect to my cell phone and TV and hear my customers that I set up, review, and train one-on-one in QuickBooks and Quicken.

First time calling this place, the receptionist (name started with a d?) hung up on me when I asked her how she was???? so I called back, she hung up on me again. I called back AGAIN asking to speak to an audiologist or hearing specialist and she told me she was NOT going to let me speak to anyone and that she would call the authorities if I called back! What kind of service is that? I think the people working at your front desks forget where they are sometimes. SO unbelievably unprofessional. I will not be using Beltone in the future and I will make sure anyone I know who needs hearing care doesn't either.
