Absolutely remarkable service!

I’ve had hearing aids all my life and I have been to numerous hearing aid specialists before I tried Onmi Hearing in Oakville. I spoke with a gentleman named Kabir and setup an appointment to get my hearing aid diagnosed. While Kabir inspected my hearing aid he gave me a free hearing test to see where my hearing level stands. Kabir explained to me the importance of getting my hearing tested yearly so my hearing aids can be adjusted accordingly. I was told that my hearing aid can be repaired and the cost was very reasonable. Kabir showed me a few models that were a lot newer in technology than mine and said if I’m interested I can get them and he will work with me to find out what I can afford and what my work place covered and what the government covered. After a few weeks I had a brand new set of hearing aids and was super happy with them. He even loaned me a temporary hearing aid until my new ones came in, showed me how to clean and maintain them. Over all I would say Kabir at Onmi Hearing has given me the best service I have experienced in regards to seeing and dealing with a hearing specialists. I highly recommend anyone that is seeking to get a new pair of hearing aids to reach out to Kabir, I guarantee you will be completely satisfied with the service and professionalism that I had experienced. I now have 2 sets of hearing aids to play with and I never have to worry about not having a hearing aid if one goes in for repair :)

Astronomical pricing. Complete rip off for my aging Father. I would highly recommend all individuals for need hearing aids to shop around. Not happy with the service or pricing. It was almost like an assembly line. More needs to be done to stop the inflation.

I met Sarah at another location while she was covering a maternity leave. She is super knowledgeable, patient and understanding. Sarah spent a great deal of time working with me, readjusting the software a number of times. Unfortunately for me Sarah has returned to her Brampton location and I will really miss her customer care. Terrific job Sarah and I thank you sincerely!!!

Been to other hearing places and even to some of the same franchise. Had the free hearing test done for my mother in-law and went there to have hearing aids fitted. Decided to go with Erin Mills due to Graham. Graham has the patience of a saint, he really takes the time to explain everything. He books follow up appointments to make sure everything is perfect. In this age of instant profit it is rare to come by someone who is genuinely concerned about his patients. Highly recommended.

Very professional and understanding has improved my hearing 100%, and even looks after customer long after sale .I lost one of my kids on vacation and they promise to look after that as well,so a great releif.I would recommend them to anyone.
