This business is fantastic, I brought my next door neighbor who is 95 in to get his hearing aids fitted and they provided great service and had even replaced one of the hearing aids at no cost to him because he broke one of them. Furthermore, they also helped him with his disability forms for the war veterans funds so i cant say enough kind words about Life Hearing Solutions, Mary and her husband Mr Wong own the business and have locations in Oakville, Hamilton, and even have one in Etobecoke, so if you need someone who goes the extra mile try them out.

Garbage. My grandpa got hearing aids that didn't work for them. They wouldn't fix them or let us return them. They offered no support after they made a sale and the product they sold was a $2000 piece of garbage.

Way above my expectations. The young lady that undertook my hearing test did a great job. Extremely friendly and professional. The cost was much less than I had expected.

Every time I’ve been here for Dr.Zhang I am on time for my appointment. I always end up wasting OVER an hour in the waiting room then another half an hour in the room waiting on her. If you have to book an appointment here make sure you give yourself a good 2 and a half hours in your schedule. But i wouldn’t recommend coming here. Unfortunate because the receptionists are lovely. But Dr.Zhang is rude, cuts you off when you are simply asking questions concerning your health and rushes you out after always being behind on appointments.. she truly doesn’t care about her patients. Do not see Dr.Zhang if you want to be successful
