My husband has recently purchased hearing aids through iHear and is extremely pleased with his entire experience. Joe VerPlank could not have been more knowledgeable and helpful! The Resound aids we purchased are working well - due to Joe's continued patience with answering any question we have had and he has listened to any concerns and made the appropriate adjustments. Joe was able to review my husband's hearing evaluation obtained through another company and promptly set up an appointment to see us and there has been no waiting at any of the follow up visits either. Joe even worked with us on pricing to match a discount available to us through my work benefits. Overall we are very happy we made the call to iHear that day and were lucky enough to have had Joe VerPlank answer the phone.

They simply do not listen to the needs of the customer. Inconsistent hours.

Having evacuated from the Florida Keys, I found myself staying with my son in Milford, NJ. My Starkey muse was not performing and connected with Diana and Danielle at American Hearing Center in Flemington. They were so helpful, gave me a hearing test to confirm the program of my hearing aids. As expected the aids needed service from the manufacturer. After 1 week they were serviced and returned to me, working better then I remembed. I can't praise them enough for handling a visitor. I envy the people in Flemington for having the most professional and efficient staff. earing test

Toni is the best, and Karen is so helpful. Their office is very pleasant, clean and comfortable. It's wonderful to be able to come here and leave hearing and communicating so much better. Thank you for all you do.
