I want to thank Scott Lemly and the great staff at Total Hearing Care for helping me hear again like "the good old days". Scott was very professional and knowledgeable in presenting my options to upgrade from my outdated, volume controlled hearing aids. I switched to Oticon OPN 1 which has bluetooth technology and can only be described as a miracle. I was in awe with my first time in a loud restaurant environment and at the movies. Phone conversations are no longer challenging and I can't wait to go to a Broadway show so I can hear everything. Highly recommend Scott along the Oticon OPN 1 if you want to turn back time!

Staff if very nice. I feel welcome when I go in. Never a long wait. Always ready to answer any questions. Will recommend this office.

I just don't know how such a small device can cost so much money. The problem is that the majority of the clientele are chronologically gifted (old) like me with more disposable income. Therefore we pigeons are ripe for a B.S. story about spaceage technology and custom fitting, as well as personalized design. Low tone, high tone reception and all the like. Honestly the devices touch too many hands before the end users, thusly everybody gets a take and the elderly get taken. Grouchy, yea I am, but not dumb. Not dumb enough to shell out five grand plus to hear the nonsense divulged by this perverse society and make some salespersons monthly sales quota. It is now my right to say "WHAT? or "HUH?" and tick everybody else off. Belltone. Miracle Ear, Lyric and all the rest can keep their overpriced and underwarranted junk. Sorry if I offended anyone! Staff was rude

John and Rita are great to work with. John helped me to choose the correct aid for my needs and has done an excellent job with follow up with cleaning and repair when required. When I have had a problem Rita has always gotten me in on the same or next day. Couldn’t be happier with the service.

Superbly professional on all technical issues. Very patient.
