Initially fitted with SIE 96 in December of 2017 and returned in November of 2018 to get upgrade to a custom earmold. Robert worked with me to get settings adjusted before heading back to Missouri. I was retested to see how hearing compared to a year ago. I grew up in the area and return for thanksgiving and to get a reevaluation of my hearing and adjustments if needed.
