Very misleading information

Fantastic service. My first time buying hearing aids and they were amazingly patient and helped me find the right hearing aids to fit my needs. Their after sales service was awesome and helped me navigate some warranty issues.

The staff are helpful and friendly. When, I had a problem, they was helpful and real fast. The first time I got tested ,Paul was so helpful n made it pleasant. He also, found a way I could afford hearings aids by making payments thur CARE Credit ... One thing, I do miss is seeing Paul smiling...

The Hearing Center associated with Ohio Head and Neck Surgeons has a super group of professionals who are expert in identifying and remediating hearing problems. I have nothing but good things to say about the Hearing Center team who have made a significant difference in life by remedying my age-related hearing loss.

I wish to my deep appreciation to the members of all the staff at Zounds which I have had contact with for all of their knowledgeable, pleasant and prompt assistance in dealing with my Siemens / Signia hearing aids. As a retired healthcare practitioner and forensic specialist I acknowledge that I am somewhat of a more difficult than average a client to please. I have also had opportunities to try multiple other hearing aids from other major brands. I found the Siemens now Signia hearing aids to be best value for my dollar and a wide range of advanced features. The advances in hearing aid technology have improved the quality of my life and interactions with my family and friends. Keith Zukas at Zounds has gone the extra mile in providing excellent service. I felt extremely well taken care of at Cruz. Very professional, clean & cozy office. Josh pays attention to your every concern and is detail oriented in his evaluation of your hearing issues.

No follow up. If you have an issue, it's your fault. The one I got sound like I am listening through a tunnel. When I listen to music I take them out, no bass at all.

Today this place has really blessed me !! Helped me out a lot !! I went a week with my aids cause of car trouble but when I made it in today service was fast and he was able to fix both aids!!! I give this place five start been good to me since I found this place!! THANK YOU!!!!
