First time at your centre. Quite pleased with the reception and the interview later on. Hopefully I will be pleased with the hearing aids also.

Staff members were courteous, friendly, and professional. The audiologist was kind and explained all of my tests and results with great detail, and I enjoyed my experience.

Horrible. 89 year old mother went for hearing aids. The Beltone rep said she needs 4889.00 hearing aids. Horrible hearing. My mother called from Skoric wanting my opinion. I told her she can't afford 5000.00 on Social security. The Beltone sale rep who works commission Jeff Gilbertson insisted that these were the only hearing aids that would work for my 89 yr old mother. I told her not to sign anything and we will discuss it later tonight. I just looked at my telephone Jeff called me at 2:46 pm and I refused to accept the price of 4889.00 by 3:05 my mother called and said the hearing aids are now 2889.00. Even more proof that this is a total SCAM. Jell Gilberton needs to burn in hell. Thank goodness my mother has 14 days to cancel. This places is a TOTAL RIP OFF.
