Great! Very kind, caring, and senstive office. Had my ears checked, went great! They really know their ears!

Excellent service at fair prices: the audiologist has a doctorate degree in audiology, she's compassionate, understanding (because she has a hearing impairment too) and intelligent.

Mr. B. accurate about wait time appointment., maybe 1 hr. okay, but they should, probably, take into account questions, answers, which throw next person's appointment wait time into the process . disabled vet, myself,9;30 turns into 10;30 , easily, but They are wonderful folks , once you clear that hurdle. Unfortunately credit cards aren't much help , pricing takes into finance, which, just can't afford, nowadays.Mr.C.@ thanks.

My grandmother and i met with supposed manager Petar Belkovski in order to fix a dilema regarding my bed-ridden grandfather's hearing aides. We have been trying to get them to fix it for 2 years now and recently they gave my grandmother a $5000.00 bill for hearing aides that, to this day, have never worked nor had the ability to charge. So, we come to meet this Petar Velkovski to resolve the matter and from the moment we sat down, he downright disrespected my grandmother, not once looking or listening to her. He'd rather look at blank papers and the floor saying "I can not help you. I am an American, i have 3 kids, ..." blah blah and so on, nothing to do with the issue at hand. It became clear to me that he had no intention of fixing ANY problems, he did not care about the patients or the quality of service they provide. I suggest that if you or a loved one needs hearing aides, DO NOT GO HERE. They will not care about you, they will do what it takes to get money from you and get you away from them, that being all they care about. *I REPEAT. DO NOT GO HERE.* P.S. My grandmother and I will be taking him to small claims court.

SIMPLY THE BEST! I can not say enough positive things about Mr. Hug. He is extremely knowlegable, a consumate professional, patient and extremely kind.
