Very professional!

This place sucks! They have the worst customer experience for hearing aids. What’s the point of being open to customers when you turn them away.

Not satisfied. After the initial trial period, I returned them. He then asked me to try a different set. (apparently used or a previous demo as there was no box or literature.) When I took them back, he offered to order Primax Pure 7 PXM aids which were rechargeable and came with the "clip" which provides streaming. The price was to be $178 less than the original ones. I made a note of the model name so I could research them while I waited for them to come in. When they came in, he said he couldn't get rechargeable ones and was giving me batterys and a TV transmitter. He had already programmed them. When I insisted on a change in the base volume, I saw on the screen that they were 3PXM which is two steps below what he quoted. When I refused to take them, he said the price quoted was below his cost. It took me 3 months from the initial demo to get a refund. He charged me $445 for programming and work on my old ones when I went in for the test and $200 cancellation fee. (I did a demo from another vendor and when I returned them I walked out with a check for the full amount)

Kelly is wonderful. Quick to get you in if an emergency arises. Very short time to wait in the waiting room.

We took my Mom who is almost 87 to Miracle Ear in Bay City today and this was the best experience ever. Kelly and the receptionist were extremely helpful. They made Mom and my sister and myself very comfortable. I would highly recommend this location if you need help with hearing aids.
