Hearing Aid

Five stars are not sufficient for Genesis Hearing Clinic, they should receive at least 10. I really cannot say enough about the clinic nor the staff, superior is the best word that comes to mind. Superiority at its best. A patient is always met by smiling faces, and a willingness to work with you until you are comfortable with the new hearing apparatus and satisfied. My thanks to both Sri and Prya, they are truly the best. I highly recommend Genesis Hearing Clinic.

Could not be happier with the service and care. Greg took care of my moms hearing aids and she has been happy ever since. I highly recommend this business. Locally owned and operated for 40 years.

I saw Dr Callender yesterday and was quite pleased with the whole experience. The staff was very friendly and efficient. I only waited a few minutes then was taken Back to update my info and then Only had to wait a few minutes to be taken to the back. Once in the exam room I only had to wait a few minutes for the Dr. In my opinion, this is a well run, well organized facility. 👍👍

My son has had a lot of hearing tests and has been seen by many different hearing aid specialists. But none have been as kind to him as Timpanogos Hearing and Balance. They do not get frustrated with him when trying to communicate to him without his hearing aids. He’s had some doctors that have been so unkind. It really stands out the level of professionalism and care that they give to their patients. I’m also very impressed with the level of knowledge they have about most any questions we have regarding the proper care of his ears. It is so helpful and never comes across as us feeling foolish for not knowing. They are easy to work with when needing an appointment and when we’ve been in a bind about needing a new ear mold. I feel that we can communicate openly with them regarding financial issues when needing to order new molds, and the staff is very kind and helpful in helping us to meet our needs with what we can afford. I’m very grateful we found them and I recommend them very highly to anyone!

Like all COSTCO products and services the hearing center rises above the rest. Better testing than I got from my private audiologist . One third the price. Warranties unnumbered. I worked with Shay, but the staff are all friendly. If you don't go here for your hearing services you'll kick yourself later.
