My father has seen Dr.Brown for several years for his hearing aids. We followed her from when she worked in Elkin to her office in North Wilkesboro. She has been very helpful when we have any questions and a pleasure to work with. We recently purchased new hearing aids from her office after he had the others for several years and wanted to upgrade. He loves them! Dad always enjoys his visits to her office.

Close friend was having trouble hearing and was unsure what to do. Knowing very little about this subject, I helped her look up a doctor in the area. She went to the Ear Nose Throat specialist and they were not helpful. Her regular doctor suggested a hearing test, since the problem with her hearing loss had been ongoing and worsening over the past few years. I did a little more research and found the Ledford Audiology and Hearing Aid Center location in Newport News. It is affiliated with Beltone. There was a sweet young lady that answered the phone and set up a free evaluation. Office staff was great, and Mr. Ledford was able to help her discover the source of her hearing loss. She was then fitted for a set of devices and has been hearing clearly ever since. They are actually kind of cool, almost make me jealous with all the features. Seriously, though; if someone you love needs help, be sure and find someone with experience fitting aids. You can tell when they know what they are doing. Highly recommended. I know Mrs. Williamson has never been happier.
