Hearing Aid

Larry is an outstanding audiologist. Unlike the others, he doesn't try to sell you more than you need. Also, he doesn't limit the amount of time he spends with you. I very highly recommend Carpenter Hearing Center!

The doctor was very nice and professional. He performed the exam and told me no hearing aids were needed. He was very pleasant through the whole experience.

My dad got tested and fit for hearing aids. They worked great. The doctor Tony did a great job. The entire staff was pleasant and it was a joy to be there. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that needs hearing aids.

I never have someone who dont show me how my hearing work. I have this hearing aid for a year and I just figure how to turn it up. Sick of tried come back to this office and ask her why I can't hear well. She told me your hearing aid need be clean more. I clean it all the time. Now I can hear better than last years.

Dr. Mjaanes is great. Since a skin problem i’m having wasn’t allergy related he referred me to an excellent Neurologist. Four other doctors had said, “sorry, cant help you.” Always a nice experience getting my allergy shots there, too. I like that there’s a chart for the countdown for when you’ll finish your shots. Never had that before at 3 other places.

Very poor customer service should learn how to treat customers better, going elsewhere.
