Wonderful place to work!

So impressed by the professionalism of Network Hearing of Wausau. Although professional and knowledgeable services are important to me, the RESULTS, were amazing. My husband has lived many years with deteriorating hearing and in 2011, he was told there was nothing that could be done for him. Luckily he decided to give it a try at Network Hearing this time. When he was fitted with the hearing aids, I noticed he kept doing this annoying sniffing with his nose, while John was explaining the test results. I finally, looked at my husband and said, “What is your problem?” His response was, “ I just never heard my nose sniff before.” Seriously, he was hearing in a way, he had not been able too. Several months later he is still a happy customer! There is a small learning curve to care for your hearing aids, but it is worth it! The price was a bonus too, as they were more affordable than we had hoped for! I recommend Network Hearing of Wausau!!

I went to the Hearing House today to get my hearing checked. I was greeted at the door by Todd Beyer. He was very welcoming, offered Mom and I a cup of coffee and checked us in. We only had to wait about 10 minutes until he came back and got us from the waiting area. Todd was very friendly, calling both Mom and myself by our first names and showed us in to his office. He explained everything extremely well and was willing to answer questions at any time. The hearing test was very thorough and completely painless. He explained my options to me and told us that if we had any questions to not hesitate to call him. The most shocking and wonderful part of the whole experience is that it was FREE! If you are having any issues with your hearing, take my advice and go see Todd Beyer at the Hearing House. You won't be disappointed!!

Excellent service

Hearing House is a great place to take care of your hearing needs. Todd is an excellent provider and the results are above and beyond average.

The doctor was very nice had a pleasant experience with him. On the other hand his reception lady was rude. Had to make an appointment here due to my job, my appointment was at 10:45 I walk in and immediately she basically tells me I do not belong here. And without even looking at her appointment book she say i have no appointment here. After I was able to say I was here from my job that's when she finally looked in her book. She said sense I brought my child with she assumed I was in the wrong building. Finally straighten things out she says my appointment is at 11:15 so I can come back at that time.

My grandma got her hearing aids done here and they did an amazing job!!! Great service and prices!

Was an expensive trip to tell me I should just use Flonase.

Everyone was very helpful and professional. I want to THANK Dr Bechard and staff and associates for their care and the results. My ears were plugged from an infection and my word recognition had deteriated. With your treatment and help I am back to my "normal" hearing prior to infection. Thank you and MERRY CHRISTMAS! This office is staffed by university trained doctoral level audiologists. Testing is thorough and includes speech-in-noise testing, tinnitus evaluations and real-ear hearing aid verification measures. The service is personal and second to none. Very easy parking. Wheel chair accessible though the entrance door lacks an electric door opener. Wheel chair accessible bathroom. Waiting room offers a hearing loop.
