Awesome place , played hockey there as a youngster , the Arena and Staff still is awesome... everyone come watch , play and enjoy yourselves...

After waiting 10 minutes for the hockey shooting cage to be free they chose to close it. My 5 year old was VERY upset. Employee was standing there not rushing child that was in there forever and when he stepped out he locked the cage. Could have warned us while we were waiting. Over priced and VERY poor customer service

A very successful bday party to a bunch of hockey fans!

The girl who answered the phone was absolutely miserable and sounded incredibly bored with her job. She left me on hold for over 10 minutes. I called on another phone to tell her that I’m still on hold waiting for someone to help me and she says “oh.. they probably don’t have their headset on”. A few minutes later my call was taken and the gentleman I dealt with was very helpful and pleasant to talk to. You may have a different experience in store.

The company I work for rented the Thirsty Penguin space for our Christmas party, about 70-80 of us. The service was good, the food was terrible, pulled pork, cardboard pizza, fries and gravy? Not many ate, the food was left on plates untouched.

Great place for kids to learn to play hockey. And the adults do not have to sit out and freeze as there is a comfortable Iounge with a decent menu and libation with excellent viewing areas
