Almost 2 weeks without bandages for pressure sores. Had to cancel the nurses so our insurance would allow us to get bandages our self. Just ridiculous when your trying to heal and get better and not able to because of people slacking at there job.

If it were possible to give a minus 5, i would, i was hired to work there & at first, you would think it was a beautiful place to be, but very quickly did i find out what kind of people i was dealing with, Stephane the head director, cares nothing about this place, the staff or the elderly people who live there, all he cares about is how much sales he can tally on his wall, to im sure increase his pay check, i witnessed the workers being rude & abusive to the elderly people, who live there, one lady Isabel put her fist up at one of the old men, just because he came into the dining room & wanted to talk, this horrified me, i tried my very best to be as kind & loving to these people as much as i could, but they didnt like it the director & staff, one time i gave a cookie to one of the men, Isabel yelled at me & gave me such a hard time, so sad to treat people this way, because like i said they could care less about these people, then in the end they let me go & the lady in HR Gilene refused to pay me the money they owed me, i had to file a complaint at the Nombre du travaille against them & she lied to them & gave them some made up excuse, about how i didnt punch out my hours, meanwhile her & i both know i had never even registered my sign in with my finger yet, they are just bad people who could like i said care less about the elderly people living there & its all about the money, i would never recommend this place to anyone.
