Generally i would say that this is a pleasant place to put an aged loved one. The premises is very clean and the rooms are very nice. The staff is super friendly as well. Rates are modest and you are not getting an upscale retirement experience at this price. One thing everyone should be careful about is that if you pass away, 2 months of rent must be paid. When my father died, they did charge me for the meal plan. This is in fact illegal and many establishments try to sneak this charge in. Hopefully, the MKD has rectified this situation. Inquire about this before you sign up.

This does not sound like a good place. My friend's husband is in long term care there and a staff member demanded money from her!!!!

For 55 and over. Lots of recreational and social activities but average age would probably be 75. Great setting very nice apartments looking over beautiful gardens and putting green. Swimming pool. But must be autonomous. Not an old age home but a senior residents
