Elderly mother waiting until 10 pm to get her wound care done and not even knowing if nurse will show up . Decided to do it myself . What a wait if our tax dollars . Will complain but who knows what will happen .

CBI -- Most nurses are great. Company culture lacks because of EXTREMELY POOR management and organization. Pay isn't great or at all competitive for what they are demanding from their nurses either. They like to cheap out a lot. I have a few names on my list if head office wants to reach out.
