Not suited for anyone with dimentia, great staff however not trained in elder care, poor security particularly on weekends. It is okay if your loved one is independent however would not suggest if your family member needs more care. Faculty is out dated and not clean.

The reason is because the staff there will not allow me to talk on the phone or see my mom.

Long time retirement home with friendly staff.

They are more dedicated to their wallets than to the care they claim to give to the residents. Most of what we were told by rental agent is not true especially concerning quality and selection of meals and personal scheduling of residents. For over $4000 a month, we (and our dad) were expecting a lot more. A letter will be sent to the manager but I don`t really expect much to be done to change how they run the place. Shop around.

My mom has been living here for 4 months now and I must say that I am impressed with the management, nurses and overall care. I do not live in the same city and she has practically no one to help her locally. The staff has gone above and beyond their call of duty, making sure my mom has the care she needs and is not left completely alone. They will never accept gifts or tips so that no one gets preferable treatment and I can atest to that as I have tried and they simply will never accept anything. Yet they continue to offer care and communicate immediately if anything comes up. If I need to contact the management or nurses I never had to wait or leave a message for them to call me back, they are very accessible and kind. Knowing my mother is at the Boulevard puts my mind at ease and relieves allot of stress. Great job!!

Please do not send your dear ones to this Residence. The person in charge of recreation was so rude, she hung up on me without reason. I was telling her about very affordable, fun and beautiful activity for their seniors, but I did not get the chance to say anything. She hung up on me immediately. If the person in charge of their recreation is so impolite, I can not imagine what senior's every day life must be! Terrible ! I am happy to post good and bad reviews about different companies, so people that are searching are aware of someone's else experience, This residence is really not worth your time and not to mention your money.
