A very good and honest company to work for. I represent the company as well as patient's needs and rights as recipients of this service. I am happy to represent Bowes as an RN, resource and educator. I want all of our patients to feel valued, respected and assisted to understand their medical condition and their rights.

I found myself in a situation where I needed help right away. All I had to do was call. They said that they would get me help immediately, and that's what they did. I know my father is in good hands with Brightstar in his side.

Best Experience I have had in my experience as a Caregiver. They Always have shifts available and work very hard to accomodate the staff ( caregivers) with shifts that work best for your schedule. They Match you with clients where you have had past experience and that you as a caregiver are comfortable wirh. They Always,Have a Clear Care plan, which I found ti be if Importantance, and zthe Scheduler Patty, Is the Best Ever. Freedom Home Care is Very Helpful to their Clients and professional, They are available to their Clients at all times, if staff wad 5 minutes late, the system was calling. I was blessed to care for some Amazing People. I recommend this company to families who are looking for great Home Care and Anyone seeking A CAREER.

As a social worker I have used Compassionate numerous times to serve my clients & also to serve my father-in-law when he was ill. I find the staff to be very responsive and caring. I highly recommend this agency.

Gorgeous home with a great team of staff.

My mother has been a resident at Stonehaven for over three years now. Our family is very grateful to the warm and caring staff for tending to her specific needs. They truly give their hearts to all the residents and their families, making it an amazing place. The staff works hard to fill the days with fun, interesting activities, healthy services (food, exercise) and physical and emotional support. Dedicated people, from the maintenance and dining staff, all the way to the PSWs and management, make this an exceptional place to live. The facility is clean, well-kept and presents a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend Stonehaven to families that are looking for a place for their loved ones to live!

Clean up your back yard and stop being rude to people! With all the problems that residents and the Minastry of Health has had with Hillel. That place should be cleaned by taking out the trash. You know who you are: ,Morag Joeanne Steve and the two Cindy s Mist! Before one moves there. They should call the Ministry first and find out about the amount of complaints that have been first. Once in, you might regreat it! Because a few years ago four residents complaind to the Minisrt of Health that they were touched unapropertly by staff. Talking to Joeanne about Morag will not go anywhere because of their personal involment with each other, so be warrned. The two Cindys are the same way. Freylekh. Hillel is no ware near beingg orthodox. It is a goyim farce! The wound care specialist c has no idea about wounds. The soars that she looks after get worse. All there managers got there jobs becuase of family conections. M keeps her job because of charity. Losers! The building was also sued there times? M is not aloud access to staffs fields or is she aloud to call references. Because she talks to people about what was said. Some director of nursing. Her staff call her a street person. J thinks of herself as a man. That is why looks at mens privates in envey. She sould also foss her teeth. Not to mention, the last account was firred because he had the staff come down to his office to show them a money graph. The employees were being short changed on their pays. There was also one dead resident that stayed in the same room for four days because the family did not make funural arrangement s. The social worker should have taken charge. No body did anything. The managers call the place orthodox. Oh ya, the lodge was sued three times and the Minastry has taken a half a million dollars of the homes funding. That is why there are away s fund raisers. For the three managers: M, J ans S. They only have their jobs because of family connection. M is there out of charity and you is only an rpn without a licence. If i fined something else out, i will use that against them too by posting it. Oh, ya, Joeanne does not understand any Yiddish or Hebrew. For Morag.The staff said that she is a street person. Explains why her son lived on the streets after he got out of jail for braking into peoples homes. He also quite high school because he was on drugs..

My mother who had dementia stayed here and received wonderful care. This is a clean and attractive place and the staff are very caring. Free parking and friendly staff.
