Homewell is probably the best senior care Toronto has to offer. The staff is extremely caring and friendly, and my parents are really comfortable with their care givers. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a reputable health care service. Thanks!

When my father started having difficulty with his activities of daily living our family looked to Eldercare Home Health for assistance. They were wonderful in keeping our father safe and comfortable as his medical condition progressed. I am a physiotherapist living in BC and I was finding it difficult to manage his care from a distance. With the help of the nurses who provided me with regular updates on his condition; I was able to have informed conversations with his other healthcare providers and my family. During one of his hospitalization, I was in Toronto and had the opportunity to work along side the PSWs and I was very impressed by their professionalism and caring manner. They were always very kind and gentle with our father. Knowing he was safe in their care we were able to rest peacefully at night. As a family member and a healthcare professional I recommend Lisa and her team to anyone looking for support with their loved ones. Cathy Skain BScPT

This place needs to accountable for their actions. Suggest to the management to be aware with what happens when management are gone for the day. 1) Residents don't get served what the menu states it says 2) Staff are on their cell phones while on duty 3) Staff watches TV in residents room when there are TV in the common area. 4) Staff turns lights off when guest are still visiting at 6pm. This is just some comments and also witness some residents would come in at the beginning, who are able to vocalize will eventually not be vocalizing and no longer be mobile either. Would not recommend this place, unless you can hire a private care giver for your loved one.

Whoever is in charge of hiring the PSW's needs be fired. Some are just terrible! They are unprofessional and untrained. When I asked what type of training the company gives them, my psw told me that they do not train with a nurse or other psws, the company just trains them on the app that doesn't even work half the time! Shouldn't you make sure your psws are able to take care of people rather than teach them how to use an app that my 7 year old could teach them? Had I known this before I would have never signed up. Stay far far away, do not have receive services from them.
