My mother spent the last 20+ years living at Belcourt Manor and spending countless hours interacting with the staff and participating in the many activities. Never once did I hear a disparaging word about staff or facilities and upon her passing the care and assistance the family received was above and beyond the call of duty. Any family member can rest assured their loved ones are in good hands

Open, clean environment with friendly and caring staff! Couldn't be happier! Always things going on to do and wonderful people to sit and chat with!

Je dois admettre que depuis que ma mère a été transférée à cette résidence, elle reçoit de très bons soins. Un endroit propre avec une très bonne surveillance, un personnel à l'écoute de ses besoins, sans oublier l'atmosphère divertissant. Sachant qu'elle est bien entourée apaise notre inquiétude à chacun des membres de ma famille.Un endroit remarquable et recommandable. Merci à toute l'équipe .

Not alot of things here but you do get good look of nature

From my perspective as a relative of a resident, this nursing home has heart. The staff are nothing less than committed to the residents. They take time to listen to residents and family members. They communicate relevant information in a friendly caring manner. The staff appear to like their jobs and the residents. Though I know the staff were busy, they never appear rushed or inattentive when interacting with the residents or my family members. I was very impressed with what I experienced visiting my Aunt. Keep up the fabulous work. My Aunt is lucky to be here. This is a comfort. Sue Baker, London, ON
