Very unprofessional place of work. I was invited to an interview and unfortunately the line was bad and the phone cut off. Instead of calling back or leaving a voicemail, they then sent me an email to say on this occasion I was unsuccessful. This care home also has a “requires improvement” report from CQC. Please think twice about putting you’re loved one in any care home. Check it out for yourself first! I would not want to work here after that unprofessional experience.

Tucked out the way so not obvious to find at first. But inside a very clean and calm clinic which could attend to my wound care very quickly without appointment and for reasonable cost. For example; the treatment room had calm music and a very comfortable examination table. Would recommend when in a rush as NHS GP couldn’t offer me an appointment for a week.

My mother moved in to Lennox House in the late 90s. It was then a lovely care home in a terraced house on Durham Road. By that time she had been registered blind. The male Manager was a former nurse and very caring for his patients and thoughtful to the families too. All the staff were very friendly and caring. I always felt my mother was in very good hands. Mummy passed away in 2005. At that time, there were rumours that Lennox House was going to be run by an outside company and would change dramatically. It did and from what I understand the change wasn't for the better. I have spoken to relatives of people in care who i had met when my mother was there. Lots of new staff, it had become completely impersonal - so different apparently from when my mother was there. Apparently taken over by a CARE COMPANY!!!!! All I can say that they all looked after my mother very well. I occasionally see a couple of former members of the staff one of them in M&S Holloway usually and the other open in Crouch End. They are now both retired and glad to be away from Lennox House of which they both say changed completely when it was taken over....Some people may take a different view to mine, but I can only speak of what I know to be true. She had been on a waiting list for Lennox House for some time as that seemed to be the best one in the area. I got a call from her Social Worker one day whilst I was at work to say there was a place for my mother there. I couldn't have been more pleased and excited if I had just won the Jackpot Lottery. From time to time I have met up with the Former Manager and his wife at Brent Cross whilst shopping there. He said that he was glad he was no longer there because of all the change.s....

The nurses at Harley Street Care looked after someone very close to me during a difficult time. They provided a special kind of friendship. Thank you

Mum has been using Amity Care for almost 6 months now. She is very pleased with their services. I would happily give a five star rating for their care, compassionate and professional service and not hesitate to recommend Amity Care to anyone looking for a care service for their loved ones

I worked with older people across Wandsworth- all those receiving Bluebird Care had nothing but highest praise for the care and attention they received

my friend was here until a place became available. He was here 6 weeks and died he was one of the more able bodied residents there the care was very bad had to complain to get him a shower and he only had one in the 6 weeks he was there. If he rang buzzer it took staff 3 quarters if an hour to answer it also took his wheelchair away as was his only means of moving around. If u complain the staff get nasty. I wouldn't recomend this place for my dog let alone a human the treatment of his belonging after he passed away was discusting. Thrown into bin bags and chucked into a spare room like he was never there. The staff and whoever runs this place need a good shake up I would not recomend u put any of ur loved ones here

I've worked for Pulse Community Healthcare for 4 years +. Pulse have really helped me build my career and have worked closely with me enabling me to try new things and broaden my knowledge. The training I've received has been in depth and my managers have always been really supportive. Management are open and always share their visions for the future. Previous companies I've worked for management has been secretive so it's refreshing to have such an open Senior Management team. It's really rewarding working for such a passionate company who are dedicated to helping vulnerable people live as independently as possible.
