It's Home. A place to call home and feel at home. Masonville Manor is full of warmth, care and fun. Our seniors in residence are my extended family. Our team has a sincere passion and respect to make everyday life meaningful for everybody!

Comfort Keepers of Pittsford, NY, have provided twenty-four hour care for our loved one over the past four and a half years until her recent death. For the entire time they were faithful, devoted, and compassionate to our loved one and also to us. Their work ethic was always superior and they were a joy to work with. They not only took care of our loved one but, because we lived out of state, they also managed her home with only our financial assistance and advice from afar. Our loved one suffered from vascular dementia and our goal was to keep her in her home for as long as possible. The dedicated owner of Comfort Keepers of Pittsford, Donna Hafler; the amazing Care Coordinator, Donna Clare Davern; all of their excellent staff; and their outstanding caregivers made it possible for her to live in her home until she passed. There are no words to adequately express our praise for each one of these exceptional people. Our gratitude to them will remain in our hearts, always. What a treasure they are… We highly recommend Comfort Keepers of Pittsford, NY, to anyone who is seeking high quality, compassionate, home care.

This place is amazing very helpful/supportive staff & you can get almost anything you need for you & your baby if they don't have or carry ot at the center they do anything in there power to make sure you get what your looking for by putting you on a list gor the item(s) that you need & when they come in they will give you a call & let you know

Just spoke to someone named Jessica with a question about the fee for the test because I needed it to attend school. She was incredibly rude and dismissive. If there is any other place in London to get TB testing, I would go there. Anette, the person who did the screening was great. They should get this Jessica person off the phone

Riverside is a wonderful facility at a great location. The staff certainly add to the positive experience and Stacey Yeadon is the perfect person to help people transition to retirement living.

Thank you Jennifer for being there when we couldn’t. When the doctor said my mom had to have someone there for her I was in a panic since I work 2 jobs and didn’t have the time. I couldn’t believe how quickly you answered our questions and reassured us that you would look after everything. In 2 days she had a great team in place with compassionate caregivers who looked after everything, including taking her to the doctor and for her tests. Great Job!

I challenge anyone to find a better longterm nursing home. I have had a loved one under the care of McGarrell's wonderful staff for the past three years. From the director, to the many department managers, to the great personal service workers, these people work very hard in a very difficult field. Thank you for all your help.

The staffs of Eden Place are incredible! It gives warm feeling like a family.

My Father's has been a resident of Quinte Gardens since January 2018. My family entrusted our very ill Father to their respite care program where he gradually began to regain better health. He moved permanently into a bachelor's apartment at Quinte Gardens when he could no longer properly look after his health and apartment. They helped him feel at home and adjust to his new surroundings from day one. He also requires complex medical care which they look after in a friendly and professional manner. Any issues that we bring up are dealt with in a timely manner. Dad has fostered new friendships with fellow residents and staff alike. We love visiting Dad and always feel welcome to engage in any activities going on. There are non stop activities going on every month! You can do lots, swimming, play pool, poker, shuffleboard,movies & music, the list is long! Or if you like to read and chill visit the beautiful library full of books and computers, there is something for everyone. The only complaint we have is with the food sometimes as guests but my Dad likes it lol The residence has recently changed ownership since then is when we noticed smaller food portions and overall quality. We will be monitoring and confident they will improve if we complain. I highly recommend Quinte Gardens! Michelle Brownell
