Horrible place. Put my husband in respite there. When I came to get him the smell of feces met me at the door. I asked for cable to his room and in the 3 weeks He was there he had none. He won't even drive by.

Our Mother was in a nursing home in a secure environment. We reached out to Senior homecare for care-giving assistance to enhance the amount of care she was receiving. The angels we hired were wonderful. They worked with the schedule that we provided them with and were each very caring and loving towards our Mother. On occasions when our Mother had to be hospitalized they continued to care for her there also. No matter where our Mother was Senior Homecare by Angels always accommodated our Mothers needs. We would highly recommend their services.

Staff is always friendly...very clean and my Grandmother enjoyed her stay here. She had hoped for a few more activites but overall ver pleasant.

Our mom has lived in long term care for almost four years - we are very thankful that she is at Mount Hope. There is a strong, authentic and very loving commitment to the residents here by front-line and supporting team members. There is a generosity and a kindness - a resident focus, a loving and respectful attitude which is a wonderful thing to witness. Long Term Care (like any long-term relationship or commitment) is not an easy road to walk - it involves tough choices and conflicting priorities. Our family, on behalf of our mom, is very grateful for the commitment which St Josephs Healthcare demonstrates so clearly - in large and small ways - to the Mount Hope Centre for Long Term Care.

my wife needed home care for a needle everyday for a blood clot,we had 1 great nurse for 2 days and then the management said Cheryl could come to the clinic for her shots, she can't freaking walk ,but they don't care ,they said they made a 84 year old patient come down so Cheryl should be able to do it. What kind of idiots make a sick 84 yr old come to the clinic. They are rude ,unprofessional and don't have the brains to work there.If anything happens my lawyer is on notice

Working in the industry I have dealt with Grandwood Park on many occasions. Families I have spoke with are so happy to have their loved ones there. This beautiful historical building offers so many wonderful activities, great food and a caring and dedicated staff. Kerrie Zeka their Director of Health and Wellness is so professional, she goes above and beyond for her residents and is a real pleasure to deal with. It is so great to visit a building where the staff is smiling, such a warm and inviting atmosphere!!!

Very professional and caring staff. The building and facilities are a little dated and not as elaborate as some of the newer ones but the staff more than make up for that.

My mom did weekends here in the secure area . was beautiful and her room was so nice. Staff were kind. I love how they have the digital bord on the wall and the fake flower gardens . it was so nice . if your loved one has dementia and will need long term care i would be adding them to the list and its a 3 year wait. I have been in a few of londons homes and this one was my fav. Our loved ones deserve the best.

As a family member of an elderly resident, I am pleased with the facilities for the most part. All staff are friendly and caring. Building maintenance requests however, are dealt with very slowly it seems. ie: interior window trim has not been replaced where new windows were installed almost a year ago. Another example: The carpet runner on the main staircase in the Mansion is frayed on the lead edge of the stairs in some spots. It has been "patched" with what looks like clear packing tape, which could be a hazard. Residents, visitors and staff use these stairs. There is definitely a potential for someone to have a heel catch on the frayed stair covering. A proper replacement or repair needs to be done before someone gets hurt.
