Mom was there for a year and we were very impressed by the level of care and compassion she received by all of the staff, especially on unit 2. Due to driving distance it had not been our first choice for Mom but it certainly turned out to be the best choice. The building is clean and well maintained, everything is on one level, parking is easy, the gardens are lovely, the food is fresh, the activities staff is wonderful, and there is an on-site hairdresser there twice a week. Mom said that they spoiled her and that's the best compliment of all!

It is horrible hospital,the nurses are not friendly and they don't provide the needed service for patient .

I have worked as a caregiver for Comfort Keepers for a few years now. Working for them has been so rewarding and I enjoying being able to help the clients! Not to mention it is such a flexible job! Some shifts are only a few hours for those who have busy schedules to fill. Would highly recommend my family members to receive care from them.

My parents decided to look into home care when my Dad had his second stroke and Mom was having health issues of her own and she reluctantly needed some assistance. Glad to say that 6 months later they are happily adding to their services and look forward to weekly visits from the "Girls". Thank you Comfort Keepers for providing excellent assistance in their home which is just as much appreciated by the rest of the family as it is by Dad and Mom.

Terrible staffing.

You should think about mentioning in your tours that Homecare is present in the premises too since a lot of the residents are homecare clients anyway. This should be one of your selling highlights too. My mother in law is adamant about moving in because she thinks since it’s an assisted living place, everybody is independent and doesn’t need homecare unlike her. You can use their presence to get more potential residents to consider moving in there in the future.
