I can not say enough about how happy we are with the Visiting Angels. For the past 2 years my dad has been declining with Alzheimer’s. We started off with services 3 times a week 2 hours a day to help my dad out while he has been living alone in a large home by himself. The Angels have helped with everything in that home to keep it running. Laundry, making his bed, dishes, folding clothes, ironing, straightening up, light cleaning, you name it. All while developing friendships with my dad and being there as companions to talk with. He has grown to love them all and always happy to have them around. They take him anywhere he wants to go to get him out of the house, grocery store, pick up medications, doctors appointments, even taking him to his cottage. I have the piece of mind knowing he doesn’t have to drive. They help with getting him dressed, shaved, bathed, he always looks great. We now have them coming 7 days a week, dad will be in an independent living home and I know I could not make this happen unless I brought them along with him. They will be with him 10 hours a day, 7 days a week. It will be a new environment for him, I know I can’t just bring him to a new place without them there. They have become like family. Everyone of these caregivers has been terrific! Going above and beyond the call of duty many times. TRUSTWORTHY! I have had money all over in his house. He can not keep track of money anymore, but I’ve never had to worry about that. There has never been an issue with dishonesty or theft. They are very accommodating! I can’t stress that enough! Anything we need, any changes in schedule, anything we have asked for has been taken care of. They are professional, yet just the nicest people you could hope to be dealing with! They aim to please, and they always do! I highly recommend their services to anyone looking to have a load taken off with their loved ones! From companionship to help around the house. Medication assistance, driving them anywhere. This service has been truly a blessing.

Caregivers are compassionate and they go above and beyond for the clients and familys

The new manager is not personable at all. She never makes time for her residents and takes everything they say as just a nonchalant complaint. Very displeased with her being in the position. All the changes that she is allowing that bimbo in the front office to make without any regard to what the residents what, is one of many things wrong with her in that position. She is unapproachable and cold. Makes you feel like a burden. Never see her out and talking with the residents unless she’s getting food for herself. The way she speaks to and about the medical staff is as if they aren’t even part of the team st that building, even though they bend over backwards for every person, staff or resident, is unacceptable. She treats them less than and that isn’t fair. They been there and know these people more than she ever has or will. They deserve so much more than the way she uses and abuses them. Shameful. Dianne, if you’re reading this, do better. Be better. You’re mean, you’re rude, you don’t deserve this position based on your activity there so far. John might have fallen short in some places, but he had a heart of gold and actually cared about people. I know it’s not your fault he got fired, but you have fallen short in more ways than one with your people skills. Severely dissasfified with your performance. Treat people better for god sake.

Took great care of my husband , he even felt like it was the next best thing than home. PT, OT, Dr Naqvi was the best.

I love being employed in this facility. The staff, management team, and most importantly the residents are great. We always remember that our residents do not live in our work place. We work in their home.

I have lived here over a year now and wasnt sure if i was ready for this but as it turns out this is just want i needed. The staff is wonderful and treat you with respect. I'm a very picky eater and can usually find something on the menu to eat. My Buddy (dog) and I enjoy it here.

Nice Place. Great Prices in comparison to others. The Owners and staff care about the residents and the home has a family feel to it. My mother loved it and has decided to move in.
