Clean place, spacious rooms and happy residents!

Staff are very caring and compassionate. Management has problems following protocol. Communicate with family members but not son who is POA. Father taken to hospital and never notified of such. Father passed away and hospital didn’t even know he had a son. Son is Executor, gave direction to home and they still can’t follow rules or respect family. Mail was given to a family member but not executor. Not respectful of direction yet got two full month of rent while room sat empty because of rent rules.

My Mom was at Meadow Park from February 7th 2017 until she passed, October 16, 2018 from the effects of Alzheimers. I am forever grateful for all they have done for my mother. She was treated with dignity, compassion and, best if all, love. Many of the staff called my mom Tante or Oma (which I loved). She would actually get kisses goodnight. It was so beautiful. My Dad, who was there every day to visit, was also treated very well by everyone. In Mom's last days, she was kept as comfortable as possible and so were we. We were cared for as much as Mom was during that time. At the end, when mom had passed. They draped a beautiful quilt over her body and when she was to be taken to the funeral home, everyone gathered in an honour guard in the halls as a show of respect. It was so touching. If you are in need of a nursing home- be it for yourself or a family member- I would recommend Meadow Park to you. It's the people.. Everyone who is there is MEANT to be there. Especially my angels Shae and Kathy... God Bless you.

Excellant facility! The afternoon charge nurse is delightful to deal with. Goes above and beyond to solve any issues that you might have.

My wife and I use RX Family Home Care to provide us with quality cleaning services for our apartment. Donna is the woman that comes to our apartment and vacuums, dusts, changes our sheets, takes the trash out, and others cleaning services that she sees we need. She is so GREAT. We love her work and the company is so great to work with. We would be lost without them.

Mandates have been lifted and this home still doesn’t allow unvaccinated into the home cause they have their OWN policy!! They want to protect their residents, but they are allowing staff to go up to their floor without having to wait for results like visitors have to.My mother has been in isolation a handful of times DUE to being in close contact with a worker. Talk about jeopardizing my mother, and they’re worried about ME, who WAITS for results and is NEGATIVE when I go up!! Being the POA and I cannot check on my mothers well being because of discrimination!!

Nascentia was a great place to work with employees who genuinely cared about the patients and clients. Their new building reflects their values in providing the best service and care, meeting all the needs of employees and patients alike.

The staff is excellent! Any issues regarding her room were resolved in a timely matter! Thank you
