dropped my girlfriend fo no damn good reason.the aides are lousy and lazy.the state should investigate them.

They take such great care of my Mom. I've always felt at ease with her there. From assisted living part to the nursing home excellent job. When mom had to have PT, OT and speech therapy they to were excellent.

My dad had to have a triple bypass surgery in late November 2018. The team at the Medilodge of Yale were right there to help. Staff greeted my dad and was reassuring with my family. My dad just needed to gain a little strength back and believe me he did. The therapy department was great about working with him to keep his independence. One of my dad’s comments was how nice it was that his wife could join him at meals and activities. She had to buy the meals but they were very affordable ($3.00) and appealing. Form this family members perspective the Medilodge of Yale did an outstanding job and will be our go to should we ever need their services again. THANK YOU FOR A JOB WELL DONE!!

Worked there and loved it there would work again for them anytime

I cannot say enough about this place. During this difficult time in our lives, the owner, Todd, administration and medical staff have been amazing. This has been such a difficult process placing my father in a nursing home, and not being there daily, as both myself and sister live in Chicago. The staff has gone above and beyond to help my mom in all she needs to have everything in place to ensure my dad is cared for. Todd even allowed my sister to order a special bed for my father which is made for a tall man. The staff tonight brought in an anniversary dinner for my parents, set up a small area for them to enjoy carryout dinner from Enzo's for their 56 year anniversary. Complete with cake and flowers and balloons. This place I cannot say enough about Gillette. Everyone has helped in the placement of my father in their care. I feel most comfortable with him being there and the amazing staff that is taking such good care of my father and continue to help support my mother in this major transition in their lives being separated. Thank you everyone for being so amazing and wonderful to my family.

I highly recommend Senior Helpers of Richmond. The caregivers that assisted my Dad took extra care to make things easier for my Dad. The office staff was very pleasant whenever I spoke with them. Rand Hewitt was exceptional to work with. When you are seeking this type of care for your loved one, it is a very stressful time. Rand Hewitt was extremely helpful in getting the care we needed for Dad and always had helpful suggestions whenever a new problem would arise. I consider our family very fortunate to have found this company to provide care for Dad. They are there to help you no matter what time of day or night.

I absolutely love working here. Everyone is so friendly and the residents are all treated like family. Beautiful building also.
