From my perspective as a relative of a resident, this nursing home has heart. The staff are nothing less than committed to the residents. They take time to listen to residents and family members. They communicate relevant information in a friendly caring manner. The staff appear to like their jobs and the residents. Though I know the staff were busy, they never appear rushed or inattentive when interacting with the residents or my family members. I was very impressed with what I experienced visiting my Aunt. VNA has cared for me and my 93 year old mother several times over the past 5 years. Their service was always excellent. Physical therapists were excellent across the board, nursing staff was compassionate and skilled. Thanks for such great help.

Great staff

My Mother lived there for around 5 years, she passed away last month from dementia. She was well treated and we were always informed how mom was doing. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Nice people they really care about the residents.

Drew and his staff are fantastic. They cater to his needs and make sure his retirement is enjoyable. His quality of life has improved substantially since Drew took over ownership. Our family is greatly appreciative for their care and concern. Thank you!

Granny Nannies was definitely a breath of fresh air. They made my mother really happy and comfortable. I couldn't ask for a better, more dedicated team of individuals. I have, and always will recommend this company to anyone needing Alzheimer's care.

My dad lived here 2016-2017. The transition when a parent loses independence is a tough one. CP Terrace staff were caring, thoughtful, and professional. They helped guide us through the process and made sure my dad got the care he needed as his condition worsened. They were a bright spot in a difficult period.

Most unprofessional people to work for treats clients like a cash register and employees like dirt to pput it nicely. The only reason I even stayed with this company was BC of my client.

Some do not follow residents care and some care.
