Hotel/Motel

Expect lots of drug addicts and alcoholics. Expect fights, vandalism and rip offs. The owner is a violent con artist and consummate liar. You will be safer to stay anywhere else, even in your car than stay at Napanee Motel.

Good bang for the buck, wasn't expecting a 5 star for the price. Quiet, clean room, but really starting to show it's age.

- very friendly - delicious breakfast meal - clean and tidy facility - it was a comfortable experience staying at the Hampton Inn, Napanee

Adorable place! Such cute decore and branded items in their boutique. Morning yoga and mimosas Firepit gathering in the garden Variety of light breakfast items Coffee maker\ kitchenette Free wifi

Reasonable prices, clean, courteous staff, continental breakfast is really nice. Only downside can be parking if you arrive or return later in the evening.

Country style, Subway, Milano's,a sandwich shop, full restaurant, gas station are all less than thirty seconds walk from room. Hot water and comfortable beds. Good WiFi so bring internet box unless cable is good enough. Cheers

Sommes arrivés en milieu d'après-midi tel que convenu lors de la réservation mais notre chambre avait été louée à un autre! Avons été laissés en plan. Pas fiable. :-( :-( :-( Arrived mid afternoon as agreed to at reservation time however our room was rented to someone else! We were left hanging. Not reliable. :-( :-( :-(

Very nice location. All the staff members are very supportive and very kind. Service is also good.

Clean, friendly, affordable

Budget accomodations. The room we had was recently renovated with laminate floors. Bed was comfortable, towels were soft. A comfortable stay. 😊

The receptionist was very friendly. We had booked a room but made a mistake on the date. She was able to fix the problem and provide us with a room on spot. The room was clean and spacious enough. There's an outside recreational facility, free wifi and coffee room among some of the services included. In my case, it's a good location for a short visit.

Good place to stay ... Clean ... Good customer service staff... Poor quality food and too pricy at the hotel downstairs. Sauna was not working but we enjoyed our stay

Very clean and comfortable. We only stayed for one night but would definitely stay here again. Quiet and well taken care of. Owners were very gracious and friendly.

We're a family of 4 with 2 cats and the service has been great! It's a quiet hotel and the breakfast is great. So many choices and it's always stocked. Parking is not a problem. Its conveniently located right off the highway too. We have stayed before and if ever in the area again would absolutely stay again. Our only negative would be the pool is smaller (and quite cold) and no hot tub.

Rooms are right in front pretty spacious

Was charged a ridiculous amount as the owner knew we were desperate and would have to drive for another 2 hours because of a track and field event in the area. The room was very clean but the heat was not turned on until we arrived even though they knew we were arriving within 30 minutes. The room took awhile to heat up as it was November. The shower head fell off while my husband was having a shower and the bed was as hard as a rock. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was terrible. Don't stay there unless you are desperate.

Always excellent service, great owners who take great care of their property. Only place I stay at for trips to the Pembroke/Petawawa!

Best hotel in Shawville. Stay a while!

Excellent place to enjoy. Very relaxing atmosphere. Friendly couple
