Clean beds. Rooms look fancy. Awesome staff.

It was a great stay. We only stayed the one night but the room was a great size. We stayed in a room with a heart shaped jacuzzi tub. It was clean and quiet and the staff was helpful. Close to the escarpment and very close to all the attractions. Would definitely go back for another visit

Stayed here for two weeks. My boyfriend and I were given a decent sized room. It was clean. The bathroom was spacious. Very friendly owners. They were attentive and always gave us free bottles of water. Price was around 350 for the week at the time which wasn't bad at all. I would definitely return to this motel.

Location is good, bit the hotel is a bit run down, could use a good coat of paint by a professional. Building Maintenance could be a better, there were at least 4-5 burnt out lights in the lobby (still lots of light from the remaining LEDs) and it sounded like they had been like that for awhile. Continental breakfast wasn't much, I expect at least a "make your own waffle" machine at hotels, they don't have one. On a good note, the staff is friendly and the hotel is quite and close to everything (downtown is a 5 min drive away)

This is a quaint little motel that feels like home. The owners are the nicest people that value customer service. We stayed at this motel in May for 2 nights and it was a pleasant experience. It was a clean room with really nice housekeeping facilities. No room service

Room had a funky smell. Washrooms were discusting, AC didnt work in my room. Overall terrible room. Would never stay here again.

Simple check-in but all kids toys in park were broken, toilet kept backing up shower curtain rod fell and beds were horrible. But for the price or could've been worse!!

We loved this little place. It was more like going home after a busy day out, rather than going back to a cold, stark and cookie cutter hotel room. Robert Pham (the owner) was polite, funny and very accommodating of my special needs. Everything was neat and clean, and everyone was very friendly. We can't wait until our next trip back.

The rooms were ok, but felt a little dingy. The breakfast was pretty skimpy, so we ended up just going somewhere else to eat. Overall, our stay definitely wasn't terrible, but also not that great either.

Worst experience in Canada. Avoid if possible. Room temperature it’s controles from management. They don’t help if you are suffocating off heat. In top of that, they charge you more if you pass by fee minutes the checkout. I do NOT recommend this place. I wish I’ve never stop here.

You generally get what you pay for, if you don't fork out big bucks... don't expect to get the best there is. I will say that I was blown away by the customer service at this place. They were always trying their best to make my stay more comfortable and enjoyable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that everything was to my satisfaction. The decor may be old but the place was clean. Will visit again

Always great food and accommodating staff. Polite, clean, and professional location for an event of your choice. Food is astounding. 5 stars all around.
