We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful hotel with huge rooms. The staff was wonderful. This hotel is the place to stay in and around the Lewiston and Niagara Falls area. Can't wait to come back!

Great place to stay comfy rooms clean and people are extremely nice

Keefer Mansion is the most wonderful place to visit in the whole world!

Very unclean, 20 or so years ago when I was there. At that time it was bug infested and not cleaned each day, or at all? It looks worse today, sorry to say. They are now charging more and without an additional$100 deposit they won't even give you a room if you only have cash :-(. Very unfriendly. To be fair it was late when I went there and who knows people. It seemed like I was more of an interruption than a customer. Stay far away if possible.

A real treasure in downtown Hamilton. Small-ish very comfortable inn. Rooms are clean, beds are wonderful, pool/spa area is very nice, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. This was our home away from home for 8 days. If we come back to this area we will certainly stay here.

Perhaps we just aren't B&B people but we found the whole experience a little too personal. The public areas were adorned with religious and familial artifacts and the conversation seemed more strange than friendly small talk (admittedly thanks to another guest at the time). The food was tasty enough, the pool was delightful and the ensuite washroom was a blessing but a more comfortable bed would have been nice.

This hotel is a great option. Close enough to the Falls that it's only a short 20 min drive. And great proximity to the Outlets as well. When we stayed here, we visited wineries outside of Niagara in the Lake that we hadn't been to before. They were amazing and within 10-15 mind of the hotel. The room was cozy, hotel was clean and comfortable. Pool was out of order, which really sucked. That was the only downer. Otherwise great hotel and mini trip.

Small but great. People friendly staffs and nice breakfast.

Simple lodging. Winning view of the boats traveling thru and the up/down operation of Lock 7. Boatwatchers can sit in the balconies or grass for hours and enjoy.

This was a awesome place to stay! We only stayed one night but it was lovely! Very friendly and it felt like home! I would recommend this to anyone! Thank you very much for having us and for the great breakfast!!

Our stay at the piano Inn was amazing. My girlfriend and I loved the beautiful and spacious rooms available for a great price.The hosts were very accommodating as well, and the cafe underneath has fantastic food. We'll definetly be staying again if we are ever in the area

Clean, quiet, comfortable... Friendly staff. Reasonable rates. Will be staying here again

Had a nice quiet stay here while attending a wedding nearby. They let us check in early thankfully and checkout was a breeze. We were near the top at the end of the hall, but one of the other guests was complaining about the noise from the ice machine, so I'd recommend asking for a room away from it.
