Stayed here overnight with the family. Our room was nice and clean, with a nice view. The staff was very polite and accommodating. My 3 year old daughter also loved the kiddie pool.

Very good price, when you check-in, you get a card that unlocks your door, just tap it by the sensor of the door lock, and your door is then unlocked. My room came with a fridge, TV , 2 Queen Size Beds. The beds are very soft and spacious. In the hotel, there is a fitness room, and a pool. You will need your card that unlocks your rooms doors to unlock the door to the fitness room. The pool is a nice place for families, the water is also not that deep, but there’s a deep end I believe. Also, there is a mini market near the reception, you don’t have to pay at that time, the charge will go on your bill after you check out. The fitness room is open from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Last but not least, there’s free breakfast at the hotel, I believe it starts from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM, there is ALOT of foods to choose from.

The hotel is wonderful. My husband and I stayed for 3 nights and were very happy with the room plus all the amenities. The restaurant has good food for a fair price. The room was clean and well-furnished, with both a mini fridge and microwave. The pool had a large waterslide. My only complaint would be that the work-out room was a little small and not very well ventilated (it got hot in there extremely quickly, and I was by myself) but otherwise everything was great.

Comfortable stay....waterpark is great for kids...bar and lounge services for adults and restaurant to eat..it is an awsome deal.

Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Room was clean and the staff was great. I would stay again.

A little old and tired. It's located in an industrial area out by the airport but not too far from polo park. What is with the fitness centre filling up with some personal trainer teaching classes in there in the evening? That was a bit weird. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Has a free shuttle to get you to and from the airport. Denny's and Chop on site like many other Sandman locations.

Attended Dalton's for Sunday Brunch food was great in comparison to other buffets priced comparable to. Only downside was the Carver was eating food from carving table. Told manager and she quickly went and spoke to the chef and after speaking with him came back and let us know they were sending out a different chef. She handled very well

Location central, close to shopping and many restaurants, few minutes to airport terminal, room spacious and better than adequate, and service is wonderful

Clean and comfortable place to stay. Great pillows and nice and dark for sleeping. Quiet area at night. Just needs a better shower with adjustable speeds. Great place! Will definitely stay here again!

A truly uncomfortable experience. The noise was unbearable and since the room's walls are so thin you could hear children screaming almost all the time. Many families seem to "live" there, so the hallways were messy, with beer cans everywhere and with a distinct smell of piss. I could tolerate all of this, since it's a good location and I was only an overnight guest, but I still can't believe that I paid over a hundred dollars for such a mediocre experience.

Nice people and very close to the hotel. However the furniture there is very dated. Internet was extremely slow.
