Excellent place for a competitive price. Rooms are modern and nicely appointed. Complimentary breakfast is mediocre like all of them. Would definitely make this a place to stay again.

It was suitable for quick stay

Quality Inn was conveniently located near fast food restaurants, gas stations, and not too far away from a dog park called Three Mile Bend. Breakfast was served in the connected restaurant. Our room kept us cool in the hot weather. Going to a pet friendly hotel was a must, so we were very pleased to know our dog would be welcomed. We received complimentary dog gifts too. The staff was very friendly and we enjoyed our stay.

An incredibly acrid musty odour permeates the lobby. Not quite as bad in the room. Blankets were dirty, with hairs and detritus on top, sheets and pillowcases were stained, torn, and dirty. Found rotten food scraps on the floors under the bed, crumbs on the table. All in all disgusting. Slept in my pickup truck in the parking lot.

Very clean and fancy hotel at a decent price. We got a suite for the same price others close by wanted for a single bed room. Enjoyed our stay. Pool was a bit small but clean and warm.

This is best service I've ever encountered at a hotel. Specifically, the staff. From the front counter attendent who checked us in, to the server who helped us in the restaurant. They made our stay wonderful, and treated our two children with exceptional courtesy and kindess, going out of their way to make them smile. The rooms were nice, but nothing more than you'd expect. The pool area was good, though the jets in the hot tub left something to be desired. It was a fantastic experience.

I have shifted my rating down a star. It is still decent, but on my third multi-day stay, had some real issues. First the toilet ran constantly, every time I tried to go say something, the woman at the desk was on the phone (she stayed on the phone to the point I think she was avoiding people) so I let the thing run. The biggest issue I had with her was her total incompetence when it came to the shuttle. She gave me totally bad information twice resulting in much frustration and taxi rides instead of the shuttle. They paid the taxi fee, but I would not trust anything she says. There is a black lady there and she is the only one with whom I would deal if the first one is there (the one I had issues with is of Indian or Pakistani descent I think with long hair and dark glasses I also saw no name tag and that may be by her design as others wear one.) Rooms are fine, one thing I really appreciated was the 20 minutes of free long distance every day anywhere in Canada or US. Saved me about $20 a day on Verizon Roaming Charges. If you do not take a computer, there are a couple in the lounge, when they work they are okay at best, and the printer works as well. I have stayed there three times and the other two times, there were no problems, so I may be venting frustration here. I will definitely stay there again due to the convenient location.

Our stay at the hotel was really good. Had no issues checking in, the room was fairly nice for being a cheaper hotel and the staff was super friendly. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in Calgary.

Friendly staff, great service. The common areas were a little more run down than what I expected it to be, even for holiday inn. The rooms themselves were fine, though.

This hotel has really improved their services from my last visit. They have renovated a lot. Rooms were very clean. Front desk staff were very helpful and polite. Their rates were highly competitive and they accepted cash deposit as well. The location of this hotel is ideal. It is in between the airport and the downtown. Calgary zoo is about 5 minutes from the hotel.

Hotel appears brand new and must have opened up recently. Location is right by the airport which is great if you are travelling, but far from everything else on Calgary. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were nice and modern.

Modern, clean and beautiful hotel with amazing staff. Very convenient in the terminal across diagonally from the Delta hotel. I liked the colour pallets and the decoration. The bar scene has a nice vibe when the place is full.

Check in staff were great. Decor is very nice. Clean rooms. Beds were great. Things to know: shuttle goes to airport once per hour/top of the hour. Grab N Go bags are available but only include a granola bar, so expect to arrange a breakfast if you plan to leave early(for example for an early flight). Hot breakfast starts at 7:30 am, Continental starts at 6 am. Overall a good experience.

The hotel was great. I was only there visiting some family and didn't stay the night, but the room was very clean and spacious. And the water park was great for kids. There's a pool for younger children as well that my 3 year old niece absolutely loved.

Great hotel, extremely helpful staff. Two things I don’t like about this hotel, it’s very dry! To a point where at night if lights are closed and you touch the bed you can see sparks. Next thing is the pool being right in the lobby. Apart from the beautiful property and very convenient

Good place for budget accommodations. The dorm rooms are decent enough. The connectivity with the city is great. The restaurant is decent and the staff is extremely friendly. Has a variety of amenities (gymnasium, piano rooms, etc.)

The one star was unintentional (I am SO sorry about for my mistake!!), I meant to give this place 5 stars!!! I stayed here with my two children for three nights in June and we had the most wonderful stay; rooms were clean and comfortable, staff in every corner wore smiles and were friendly, breakfast was a generous assortment, and the pool & slide served as endless entertainment for the little ones! I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here!

The employees were super helpful and very nice. I enjoyed my stay. The room was perfect and I hope to come back.
