It's the bar before terminator walks in naked and steals clothes and a bike.... But a great bar.

This was the worst place I have ever stayed in. The carpet had a big red wine stain in it and the room stank. There was outlets that looked burned. The tv was fuzzy. The bed was hard as a rock. The white towel had a stain on it. The bath mat was all freyed. The window air conditioner was very noisy, it only had the ability to be on or off. If there was negative stars I would rate it that way.

Decent Chinese food. Clean restaurant. New management so try it again, it's a lot better than it used to be. The bar doesn't have VLT's yet but they are working on it. Much better food than Chelsea's.

The little cafe here is worth the visit

Great room, with a big jacuzzi tub. Very friendly staff. Complimentary breakfast was a plus. Even though they had a large group of kids staying there were no noise problems.

Everything was great. I'd give it 5 stars except the elevators were super slow and did not always function properly. I waited for 10 minutes to get on one. It'd stop at different floors and jar to a stop. The hotel itself was clean. Adequate pool and fitness area. Counter staff were friendly. I'd totally go back next time.

The staff is nice and friendly. The rooms are nice and clean. But the hotel needs a little maintenance. Doors that rub loose levers on room doors and a finicky card swipe on the outside door.

Great customer service. I was in town for the Stampede. The day I was to travel home, I was notified that my 2:00 pm flight had been pushed back to 5:00 pm, meaning I'd have to vacate my room several hours before my flight with nowhere to go. I called guest services and the person on the other end did everything they could to let me stay in my room a few extra hours even though they were fully booked for Stampede.

Can't fix pool, slide and hot tub for at least 5 days... send you to comfort inn: bad pool. Out of apple juice for 5 days... just mismanagement... go at your own risk. Big suites though... that's why it isn't a 1 star review

It s ok

Very clean, comfortable, well organised establishment that’s great value for money. Staff are friendly, obliging and make you feel valued as a guest. The manager, Shiraz, and the other staff, made sure my stay was an excellent experience instead of a mediocre one. Many thanks!

Very nice, clean hotel. Staff was very helpful and knew what they were doing. Also airport shuttle arrived when they said it would and also left in the morning on time. Pool is nice as well as hot tub and fitness. Close to airport. Only reason it is a four star is it was a bit pricy @199+ tax and didn't include breakfast. Moxie's located in the hotel is extremely expensive and the place next door is as well. I suggest a taxi down the road to the mall or Eastside Mario's or other places in this area.

When our very delayed flight finally arrived in Calgary at 1:30am we were pleasantly surprised by the warm reception we received from the hotel staff. The room was very clean. We also appreciated the late check-out after a long day of travel.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff were friendly and professional. Great value.

Be careful of this place. They're charging your credit card after you check out accusing patrons of stealing towels. I mean, they have the shittiest towels, who'd wanna steal those?! Check your statement and beware. That's quite a scam they're pulling!

Beautiful well priced, well located accomodation for the airport and Stampede (bit of a walk to the train station but it's a cheap taxi to the station or a short bus ride. Use the free shuttle to/from the airport to avoid a $30 taxi!) Really nice rooms, lovely, really helpful staff who knew the area well and were well prepared to assist us with all our questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Extremely tight parking garage. Very few spots available in there. Otherwise parking for the hotel is about 1 - 2 blocks away. They give you a parking pass. No security in that public lot. No way to see your vehicle from the hotel. Very stressful situation.
