Hotel/Motel

small indoor pool. floor of pool was sooo slippery, like ice...people were falling. hot tub had no working jets. It was a clean and quiet place to sleep. Easy bus access to The Falls.

It was a great stay. We only stayed the one night but the room was a great size. We stayed in a room with a heart shaped jacuzzi tub. It was clean and quiet and the staff was helpful. Close to the escarpment and very close to all the attractions. Would definitely go back for another visit

Its very relaxing and suited to our needs

Staff were nice. Rooms could use a bit of renovations. They also had a funky smell. Only recommend if you need a bed last minute.

Always a great time. Enjoyable friendly environment has been for over thirty years will never stay any were else in town

Clean and tidy rooms, nice pool and bbq area. Clise walk to convenience stores and lake huron. Great place to stay if passing through kincardine

Newly renovated rooms are nice... will be back soon

Great friendly owner and staff. I like the there is minimum length of stay. Quick walk to the beach and downtown. Cottages are cosy and cute. A small town feel.

There was cockroaches crawling over us in bed. The bathroom is dirty and full of owners personel items. The bath was disgusting. No water in the room. No bed lights. Noisy. Very poor service. They could not speak english. This place should be closed. A health risk.

Confortable, limpio, los dueños muy amables

Definitely coming back! We travel to the Shelburne area from Minnesota at least once a year to visit family. This year we decided to look for a bed and breakfast and we discovered Small Pond B&B. We have the entire downstairs (walk out basement) to ourselves and it’s been so great to enjoy this beautiful country location just 5 minutes from town. Debb and Norm have been great hosts and breakfast was the best meal I’ve had since we’ve been in Ontario for a week now. We basically have an apartment with a kitchen and a patio facing east toward the pond. So glad found these guys and we won’t booking a hotel or motel anymore when we visit Shelburne. Raymond Velyan

The slowest wifi internet I have ever experienced in Canada. I can't believe it!! !

My favorite place to stay in Sioux lookout

Very clean. Great front desk staff. Impressed

Really awesome staff here. Clients can be noisy but otherwise really great place to stay. Sioux Lookout is really nice peaceful place to go.

If you are looking a beautiful, scenic, relaxing place to stay. This place is for you.
