Hotel/Motel

Rooms were very clean and spacious. Rates for our dogs was cheaper than usual, so that was a nice surprise.

It was still under construction but overall the hotel was good. They also ran out of milk powder for the coffee machine. Overall 3/5 during construction, else 4/5 overall.

Let's preface this by saying that the staff were all very helpful, very kind, very understanding, an absolute treat to deal with. The building and the rooms on the other hand are in need of some serious maintenance, they would very much benefit from having a mini fridge and the televisions are in need of an update. Those old 720p boxes are showing their age. The bathroom door was loose on its hinges, we had to lift it to close the door and the divider door between us and our friends in the next room literally had the knob fall off.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Airdrie for a couple of nights during the Calgary Stampede and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel and the associated amenities. The hotel itself was fairly close to Calgary and to shopping at Cross Iron Mills. The complimentary breakfast was okay (not amazing), the provided coffee was always fresh and not bad, and the pool and hot tub were pretty nice. We would stay here again.

The location was very easy to access, and the room I stayed in was very nice. The bathroom was large and didn't feel cramped. The breakfast was great, and the front desk was helpful in being able to get us a new room as the one we were booked to have was not ready upon arrival.

Went to the hotel for an info session, staff was friendly and made a point to greet me. Was also impressed by the public bathrooms! It was very clean and very well lit.

It’s a pretty average hotel, maybe a little above average. Looks to be recently renovated. Breakfast is decent and has a good selection of hot and cold foods. Rooms are decently clean and modern, however I found dried blood and some stains on some of the pillows, so sheet and cover maintenance could use some work. Hotel layout is a little peculiar and some areas of the hotel don’t seem to be renovated/modern compared to other parts of the hotel. Gym is a joke. Only 3 cardio machines and one strength machine when the Best Western website states that they have a gym and a weightlifting facility. Otherwise, the stay was decent and the front staff were efficient and friendly and resolved most of the problems during my stay.

It may not be the greatest but the staff here are very friendly and there was a full fridge in our room. Recommend it for those on a budget.

Very nice hotel for a week long training conference. Amenities like the gym and swimming pool were great for those that were so inclined. The lunches catered were all fantastic, I also really enjoyed the snacks that were provided in both the morning and afternoon sessions. Had one meal in the restaurant, food was good but it took an inordinate amount of time for it to be served. The constant techno music in the lobby and public restrooms were also stressful to me.

Our stay at Motel 6 in Airdrie was exceptional. The room was clean, the staff was pleasant to deal with and the pool was great. My 2 grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed it and breakfast each morning! I would recommend this establishment to anyone - particularly with kids.

Great atmosphere and service.

Stayed there about a month ago and it was a great experience. Very nice and clean hotel, new built and very well maintained. Manager Rhonda was very helpful and made us feel very special. Thank you Rhonda for the great hospitality.

The hotel was very clean and has modern design. The beds were very comfortable and there was little noise from the outside. Our room had a large bathroom which was nice for a family. The continental breakfast was well serviced and had lots of options for food and beverage. Our room had a kitchenette including a microwave, minifridge and a small induction burner. If you find yourself in Airdrie, or are looking for a less expensive option than Calgary, this is a nice place to spend a night. Recommend.

It was an excellent room for training. The food (which came in three stages through out an 8 hour day) was delicious and varied. The staff were quick to clean while not interrupting the training. Room was comfortable.

The room was very nice, the service was good, the only downside was the planes, but that was expected. Overall, a great experience!

This hotel is an absolute WIN! I have personally stayed here twice now, both trips to Red Deer with a team and it is fantastic! The rooms are fantastic, the beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are wonderful and everything is CLEAN! The pool and the waterslide are great and the breakfast is fantastic. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling or stopping into Red Deer!
