Some renovations at the time of check in but courteous staff were very helpful. Was given room on 23rd floor we was just finished. And wow what views. Room set up and comfort were excellent. Would stay again. With a 4as m check out was given a breakfast box which was most welcomed.

Google maps has the wrong location for this building, which is set to be demolished. The Cecil Hotel is (was) two blocks east on the same side of 4th Avenue. This location shown is where the Delta Hotel sits.

Stayed at this hotel for five nights when visiting the Calgary Stampede. I am a tour manager and we had a two groups of 45 people, 90 in total from the UK. The rooms were nice and spacious and have recently refurbished. The breakfasts had plenty of choice and the waiters and waitresses were very pleasant and helpful. Alonso and his staff went out of there way to help us, The world cup quarter finals were on and England were playing, Alonso organized in the room next to the breakfast area a big screen and projector, He also brought his laptop to broadcast the match onto the screen while we were having breakfast and England won their match. We cannot thank him enough for going to so much trouble for us. I am looking forward to staying at the hotel next year when the Stampede is on again. I would defiantly recommend this hotel as the C- train is only a 10 minute walk and there are a lot of shops and restaurants close by. Harold (tour manager)

We have returned time and again to his hotel. What keeps us coming back is the friendly staff, clean rooms and central location. This business understands customer satisfaction and excels at service delivery.

Great place with home cooked food. Coldest beer in town and cheap to boot. The bar manager provides awesome service, you never have to wait for your favorite beverage to be cheerfully refilled. If you haven't tried this place you must give it a go. Good clean place, makes you feel like you are back in the 70's.

The morning breakfast buffet is great. They have never ending juice too along with eggs, hasgbrowns, bacon, pancakes, fresh fruit salad, baked goods and croissants. They also have make your own toast and cereal and milk. Options of regular and almond. Fantastic servers too. Very friendly.

The room was big and had a good view with a large window. Located very close to c-train station for convenience. The staff were knowledgeable and very friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend

I'm currently staying here. I chose this hotel originally based on value. The location is near everything you could need while the hotel itself offers great amenities itself. Parking is free and easily accessible. My room is up to date, and clean. The staff is friendly and have tended to any of my needs promptly, and diligently. Overall, I'm impressed.

Rooms were clean, but was hot. Kept waking up from heat. Staff was great. Would go there in winter for sure

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!! I've never taken the time to write a review about a place, but this place was so awful I cannot go without writing one. I stayed here recently on my way to Alaska, and upon arriving I was greeted by an incredibly rude front desk worker. Once opening the door to my room, I was instantly greeted with a very old, smelly, dirty looking bed and room. I showered and then sat down on the bed and decided to remove the sheets to check for bedbugs. I was disgusted (yet not in the least bit surprised) when I found a ton of bedbugs underneath the mattress and sheets. I went to the front desk to demand my money back, only to be told they would not give me my refund and would only move me to another room after I argued for about 30 minutes. The new room I was taken too was just as disgusting as the first and had messed up sheets and sticky tables like someone had just left. I checked for bedbugs and the second room had them too. I was so disgusted that I left completely and bought another room at another hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE EVER!! This is the worst managed and kept hotel I have ever been to, and I normally have pretty low standards. You will 100% regret your stay here if you decide to get a room for the night.

Very nice and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and over all nice.

The location was perfect and close to 17th Ave SW. I was greeted immediately at the front door and was helped with my car and luggage. Check-in was super fast too. The room was clean and cozy.

I have a prepaid reservation with OStays and they have closed their doors without even notifying me. I couldn't reach them by phone or email so I went down to their office and it is vacant!!!! Crooks!

Good rates. Close walk to Boston Pizza to avoid driving. Breakfast will keep you from dieing but wouldn’t be anthing to call home about. Really poor system for managing paperwork and receipts. Somehow I keep coming back every now and then. Front desk guy is questionable but usually the best employee they have and one of the longest standing other than the owner.

The room is beautiful, the bed is firm & clean, there is a kitchenette & a pull-out couch that is well kept. The staff was very friendly, even offering to carry our bags. Breakfast was delicious & hit the spot. Hot coffee, toast, waffles, cereal, porridge, fruit & yogurt- all of it was fresh & well presented. The hotel itself is very clean & inviting. It smells good too. Our room was relatively quiet even though the hotel is next to the highway. I am & have always been extremely pleased with Super8.
