Have to give one star to post review, so i guess the fact we made it out alive is one star!!! When i was younger "Travelodge" was a good place to stay! I can't believe the one on McLeod trail in Calgary. There was so much not right i do not have time to write the short story entitled "Once they removed the dead body"!! I will never stay at any Travelodge the rest of my life as long as they let the one on McLeod Trail Calgary fly their banner. Sad state of business!! Good bye FOREVER!!!

Food tastes like home cooked food. Left stuffed from the buffet. Props to the chef

Wished they would've gave me some money back considering I was there for a whole month and they made me pay daily rates when they should've did some math quickly and gave me some money back considering I barely needed anything. And I was nice enough to take off all the bedding and brought the dirty towels to the door and the dirty cups and barely made any noise.

Reserved a pet room..when I got there none avaliable..lady say I screwed up your reservation and was sorry,the manager Frank was standing right there so I said what should I do he says I don't care what you do but find another hotel..I got a refund and went to staybridge in and suites half mile from there very nice people and no extra charge for pet room..Frank at Super 8 is an ass..

Located across the street from West Edmonton Mall. Parking lot is small bit usually is never at capacity and can park adjacent in the mall over flow parking lot which is large enough for trailers and campers. There are restaurants within walking distance too!

Absolutely the worst place someone could take u for a romantic weekend. Expensive and dirty and cash swindling. Highly do not recommmend.

I've had one of my worst experiences using the showers at this location and this is since they added the new showers. Where to start. The shower control couldn't find a happy medium. It was either too cold or too hot. They added a motion detector type sink in the shower rooms. Typically when a person shaves they usually rinse the razor and shaving cream brush under hot water. This feature is no longer available there. It is one temperature only. And it was barely warm. And the other thing that bothered me was that whenever I try to rinse my Razor off I couldn't because the motion detector wouldn't recognize it. So I had to put my hand in front of the sensor to keep the water running while shaving. After the water ran for a certain amount of time because of the presence of my hand it shut off all together and wouldn't come back on. I don't know about a lot of other people but I usually start everything with hot water and then I shave with cold water as per suggestions for people with sensitive skin. And if I was to compare the east side Flying J to this location the shower services are 10 times better. Better towels and you even get a face cloth but you don't at this location. Nothing compared to the other Flying J locations I've been to...

Hotel was great, as expected the usual Holiday Inn experience. Clean and quiet. The beds were super comfortable. I was staying over night for a work event and I always use Holiday inn!

Great staff, clean rooms. Breakfast is small because of Dennys near by but it's all your basic morning things. Theres a liquor store and convenience store in the same building

Staff is friendly and helpful, room is nice and clean. Room is decent, has nice t.v, desk and bathroom. However small things like the heater is broken and coming off the wall.

The staff are great and kind. The place is nice the pillows are amazing!! And great locations the Chop at the hotel has amazing steak and great location. Minutes from west edmonton mall :)

Great service, staff and easy location for our function

This is hotel is nice for the price! Breakfast was nice and there was a microwave. (A hot commodity.) No pool so that saddened me. Buy great place. Would recommend

Rooms were clean and big. Gym facility was really small. Hospitable staff. Slow internet.

The room was good and spacious. The only drawback was the couch were ripped. Overall good value for money.

We have been coming to this hotel for a work event every month for years, the price is great for the service and it is conveniently located.

Super cool vibe at this hotel. Nice bar and restaurant. Active crowd. Hooked onto a spin studio. Lots of activities. Awesome breakfast. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Very small bathroom, no fan or adequate ventilation. No smoking allowed on the outdoor balcony, which I found was very odd and absolutely inconvenient/irritating to have to leave the room and get down the stairs... Just to be looking at my balcony from the ground floor while I smoked. Quite underwhelming for the price we paid.

Booked the Kids Suite, and was pleasantly surprised at the size of thw suite! It was much better than expected! Kids table, thier own TV, bunk beds which was separated. King bed and still had tons of room to pace with my newborn without waking the 2 older kids. Will definitely recommend and stay again on our next trip!
