Clean room, Had a king size bed- good to share with hubby and baby. Complimentary breakfast set up was great- yogurt, toast, breakfast sandwich, waffle, sausage patties, cereal, muffins, apples and bananas, coffee etc. Until 9:30(wish for 10:00am as a late sleeper). Bathroom was a spacious size- definitely a very reasonable place to stay.

The service at this hotel was definitely some of the best my family and I have had in a long time. Rooms were very clean and the bedding was quality all around. The location was great as it was within very close walking distance to many restauraunts. Will definitely be back to this hotel.

Great location just off 16 ave N / the trans Canada highway. Breakfast buffet is open until 10 which is awesome, they have almond milk available for people with dairy allergies. Lots of choices for breakfast. The pool is in the center of the hotel, so though the water is a good temperature the air is cold. Noise echos a lot from the restaurant during breakfast. Overall nice hotel, the carpark is great and the staff were friendly. No complaints about the room at all, very clean and nice.

Rooms are nice and clean, lots of space. The breakfast tasted good but was the same every morning and the fruit looked too bruised. The pool and hot tub are a nice size but had to much chemical.

I had put "always a good play to stay" but that was before the second night. No breakfast, don't refill coffee in your room, only replaced 1 of 4 towels. No microwave in room. There was a fridge! The pool is creepy, no one was in it the 3 days I was there... the Windows from the lobby look into it.. no hot tub from what I saw.. As a diamond member of best western, I wouldn't stay here again, and I stayed for free (used points). There are 4099 other best western hotels to choose from in the world. This one is a hard pass once you walk past the lobby (Very nice lobby)

great staff quiet place been coming here 10+yrs I've been coming here Owners have treated me so well I call them mom and dad and the staff treat me awesome. people complain about no coffee in room but obviously didn't think to call the office because if you want it they will make you a pot. That simple the rooms are huge I have couch coffee table newer appliances and flat screen tv . 3 draw backs. are 1. you have to walk aways to get everyday things esp. in edm winter. 2. price per week could be better 3. NO PAY PER VIEW OR GOOD MOVIE CHANNELS.

Rooms are clean and comfortable, if a bit hot. The pool could use a really good deep cleaning, and the slide area needs some safety upgrades and maintenance. The Sunday brunch buffet was excellent, but wasn't fully ready at 9 as promised and servers were hard to find.

We've made multiple stays over the years. Best in class for price to value. We are just finishing a 2 week vacation from Calgary, to Revelstoke, to Vancover, to Jasper, and now Edmonton. No other hotel was as clean, offered a kids pool, and had a free (exceptional) breakfast. We stayed in a suite with king sized bed - family of 4. Yes, the 2 toddlers slept in the bed with us, but the couch as also pull out. Thank you to the friendly front desk staff.

This was our first time in a Marriott, and our stay was amazing. Stayed for 5 days for work and brought my wife with me. We loved how clean everything was, our spacious room, awesome pool/hot tub/gym area, the outdoor fire pit, and having a straight view of sunsets every night with a bed that faced the window. The only hiccup we had was at checkout, where we’d asked earlier in the week if we could check out late at 2pm when I was off work. Two employees confirmed that was all good, but at checkout, the lady helping us had no record of it, and didn’t seem all that impressed. At the end of the day, we did our due diligence in checking days in advance, so we do not want to feel “guilty” for not paying a late checkout fee. At the end of the day our request was still honoured, but the person helping us could have been a bit more hospitable about it.

The location was good, the room was clean and well maintained. My biggest complaint was no freezer department in the rooms mini fridge, but the reception was extremely accommodating by letting us use one downstairs for our ice packs for my daughters medication. The pool was great, but the main pool was a little on the cool side. The pull out sofa bed was uncomfortable, but fine for kids. The king bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was a good selection including waffles, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, and other foods as well. Nothing fancy, but a nice variety. I would stay again.

I just wanted to share how wonderful this establishment is and how great their customer service is. Our company uses them all the time for our of town workers and Sal has been extremely accommodating to any last minute changes, multiple bookings, early/late departures/arrivals. He always tries to give us the best rooms available too.

Brand new hotel with very comfortable rooms. We found the rooms much more soundproof than most hotels, and they were also very spacious. The breakfast was fantastic! Would definitely stay here again.

Reasonable price, good service and looks recently renovated
