Hotel/Motel

Second year in a row no complaints. Everything clean. Breakfast standard continental breakfast. Hotel staff friendly. We had a dirty mug but we didn't complain so staff didn't have an opportunity to fix it. Last year we left some stuff in the room and they trashed it. Don't leave anything behind.

The receptionist on duty when we arrive was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were spacious and clean. Really enjoyed our stay there when we were at Innisfail

The hotel was stunning and very excellent. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. My visit to Calgary was definitely enhanced because of my stay here.

U love to spin and if you want a quiet place to relax and enjoy your alone time and spin this is the place to go

Great place! Super cute room. Be prepared, there is no elevator but the front desk will help carry your luggage. Would definitely stay again!

Clean room. Comfortable bed and duvet. Convenient kitchenette, mini fridge, sink. Coffee and tea in room. Nice sofa bed in room. Fitness room and sauna available. Free breakfast. Great location, friendly staff.

Front desk staff are friendly a d helpful. Rooms are clean. Housekeeping staff are friendly. Parking is difficult if you have a truck (specifically a lifted truck). Great location if you are attending the Stampede.

I have not enjoyed staying here so far was way too expensive and has rattling pipes in the walls all night something that should get fixed not very vacation worthy kept us up half the night and being that I had a family was not good.. Defiantly dont recommend staying here

It is a very nice hotel. Liliyana at the reception made a difference truly. It was my first experience with Howard Johnson's Hotels. She was able to get things rights. We will come again.

Terrible!!! Do not be deceived by the high ratings of this motel. Stay far away! How could housekeeping not be aware of eight dogs in distress????? This place caters to the worst of the worst.

Comfortable and clean! We have been coming here for years and every time we are more than pleased! Front desk reception is always very friendly and welcoming, Breanna was so kind to bring us extra towels and cater to our needs! The location is perfect and close to almost everything! It’s always a relaxing stay.

Spent the weekend at the Ramada with our family, overall we had a great stay. The beds were extremely comfortable as well as the front desk reception lady Breanna was phenomenal! I will definitely bring my family back here as we loved every minute of our stay!

Decent hotel. Updated rooms. Comfortable beds. Noise from street heard easily through windows. Was near the elevator and quite noisy in the hallway. Good complimentary breakfast.

By far the best watering hole in town! Occasionally they bring in live music which tends to be local talent but always a fantastic show. They offer more than enough video lottery terminals for all of the patrons who are interested and they also have plenty other ways to stay entertained such as the jukebox and pool tables. This is one place you need to go to if you truly want to discover Innisfail or if you have an interest in history! If you look carefully you can see into the basement between the floorboards.
