The owners are great! Very accommodating to our needs. Beautiful scenery. Very nice grounds. Unfortunately the room was not as clean. Mainly the floor, especially around the toilet, as well around the kitchenette area. The kitchenette, where the cuttlery and pots and pans are had a very musty, moldy odor. Not sanitary at all. Hopefully this will be worked on.

The room is really clean and neat. They aren't big, but it has everything you need. The only thing I wish, was that it had a channel guide. So I could find something to watch in the evenings. But the staff are friendly and the check in was painless

Cozy, clean, and quite. Great views of the lake, trolley, bridge and north shore. Friendly desk staff and housekeeping. We were warned the train would travel by once nightly by staff and that it may be noisy. It only last all of 15 - 20 seconds and was dead quite the rest of the night. I will stay here again for future visits.

Very likely the best place to stay in Nelson. You have to see it to understand. Beautifully kept, very warm decor and one of the best lofts we have ever stayed at.

Staffs are nice and room was pretty good too. And they have a best location if you are willing to walk around

We recently booked and used the on site bar for a Private Family Graduation Celebration and can not say enough about the fantastic treatment we received. Gabriel and her Staff made us all feel like royalty. Thank-you! The next time we need a venue for 40 to 50 people we know where to go

We stayed there for two nights, the room was very clean and well layed out. The lassie at the front desk (Jamie was her name) gave us great advice of things to do and see around the area, the downtown was a 15 minute walk down a slope, but well worth it as the town has lot of interesting things to do.

Great stay! Had the newly remodelled Safari room -super comfy bed and amazing sheets! New owners, really friendly, great rate, easy location, claw foot tub and fridge/sink/sitting room...what more could you want?

Excellent location one block from shops and restaurants. Very accommodating hosts. Beautiful rooms, cozy and clean. Stay here while in gorgeous Nelson!
