Clean, friendly.

Cozy, convenient accommodation in the heart of the national park. I stayed there in July so it's a short (2-3 minute) walk from the campground parking lot. Close to the Glacier Lodge trailhead and it's a 10 minute drive to the visitor centre and other main trailhead. Two fireplaces (one in the front common area and one in the back common area) keep it warm. Benches and tables with lots of seating. Two ovens/stoves and sinks with a big kitchen area, and the entire second floor/loft is sleeping space. Either end has a window which provides lots of natural light in those sections, it's pretty dark in the middle. Mattress pads are pretty firm but hey, you're "camping". The stairs to the loft/sleeping area are fairly steep so that might be an issue if you have accessibility concerns. Outhouse in the back isn't the nicest but there are newer ones in the parking lot and flush toilets further in the campground (about a 10min walk). Water station is also a 10 min walk, keep in mind you have to walk the water back up hill. Some mouse issues in the kitchen area but you are in the middle of the woods...keep your food sealed and you should be fine.

We had a wonderful family weekend at this peaceful lodge. Our family of nine (ages 9 months to 62 y) had loads of fun. We were spoilt for choice with all the activities provided. The house and grounds gave us lots of room and was very comfortable. The artwork was beautiful. Paradise Valley Lodge made a wonderful location for our family weekend.

Good location. Haven't stayed in the hotel, but good liquor store.

Sharon and Terry are wonderful people. A beautiful, peaceful, clean, warm, spacious place to stay with an awesome view of the river. Would definitely stay again.

Standard Sandman hotel. Clean rooms nice staff. Pool on site. Ample parking.

We had dinner at the black rooster. It was fantastic! Great atmosphere, really good food.

Excellant clean comfy beds.

The hotel room was very clean and beds were confortable. Breakfast was simple but good with a selection of bread, bagels, muffins, yogurts, jams and even a waffle maker.

For small people only 6 units ,clean,older but Nice, my bath tub needs the paint refurbish but O K

Not dis-liked. It's actually a residential neighborhood , Named Castelgar Motel. A long-term rentals. Cabins and 5th wheel campers,ect. Sorry. No Vacancy's presently. As of March, 2018. Great landlords !! Love it here.

Hotel is dated, but is well looked after and clean. The homemade food is excellent.

Had an amazing time! Hospitality was warm and welcoming. The room and bathroom had a high end feel and was very clean. Scenery was breathtaking! I will definitely be returning.
