Very clean and well maintained.

Clean and wellmdesigned rooms. The general tao is unusually delicious. I know...in Granby?

Staff are wonderful, rooms are clean, the coffee at the front was great, the continental breakfast was great! I will come back!

Very clean and quiet motel. It had a nice green and well maintained area.As a motel it was very good.

La place est magnifique et les gens à la réception très accueillant. L'air climatisé laisse à désirer. Le service au restaurant de l'hôtel durant notre brunch était lent et parfois froid.

Let's not pretend you are clicking on this motel for an interesting Quebec vacation experience. You're cheap. You have somewhere to be. Or maybe you're having a quick rendezvous. I'm not judging. Regardless. What do you expect for the cheapest place on the map? Auberge Montagnard is all that and more. Sure we couldn't figure out the air conditioner (you had to flip the switch to on) and the beds are designed for hobbits (just a wee bit short) but we got our money's worth and more. The beds are way up on the comfort vs cost scale and we've experienced colours we haven't seen since the 70's. The toilet paper is alarmingly high quality for the price, but I'm not complaining. A 100% bed bug free evening! Thank you for the efficient and cost effective sleep.

Had a really bad experience staying here. First off, we had booked our room in advance since we had to stay there for a wedding which we were part of. When we made the reservations, we said we needed 2 double beds as we were going to be either 2 or 4 people. When the 4 of us showed up, they told us all they had for us was a room with a king bed ...after 2 hours , they found a room for us but told us it was going to be 40$ more . We asked them where it was indicated that it was 40$ more for 4 people and no one could answer us. Our reservation clearly stated the reservation was for 2 beds and did not say it was for only 2 people . ( regardless, we told them we were going to be 4 people when we made the reservation). The woman serving us was rude during this whole process, barely made eye contact, refused to accommodate us and did not care if we left disappointed with our stay. At this point, it really wasn't about the 40$ but more about the fact this was clearly not communicated to us and felt they probably took advantage of the fact they knew we had to stay at that hotel because of the wedding we were attending. Oh yeah and also, the rooms had a very overwhelming chemically smell.

Clean if dated rooms with a scruffy exterior was a bit nervous about staying here but was late and desperate. With a gas station as a view.

有酒吧撞球檯與小型賭場，免費停車。

This "hotel" is why Photoshop exists! They advertise as a 3 stars hotel but in reality it is a 2 stars hotel. Room is run down and dirty, hair on the pillows,. Ripped paper wall. Broken window that you cannot close with normal means. Bathroom door hard to close. Dusty and dirty furniture and an old squeaky bed. Suspicious bathroom that is clogged up. They have a microwave but it's next to the bed stand. I guess they want to fry our brains or something with it. The receptionist doesn't seem to understand French or English so good luck communicating with her. I would give this place one star but at least once I explained my issues to the staff they gave us an upgraded room right away which was a bit better when you compare it to the previous one on the ground floor but it's still not worth your money. I hope this hotel realizes that they need things to change so that their business thrives.

très bien pour une nuit

Great little motel in a beautiful town. I visit every year when attending Formula 1 in Montreal. Tip: have breakfast at Dame Tartine next door for great service and quality food!

This review is based purely off of customer service. I was unable to stay because of a work vehicle breakdown and the customer service provided by the staff was incredible. If that is how well they treat people who are unable to make it, I cannot imagine how well guests who check in are treated. I would recommend this hotel to everyone based on how well I was treated!

It was a nice service and clean but very small room

Simple accomodations, but very clean and quiet at night.

Très bonne douche

Simple, clean rooms, there is instant coffee but nothing to boil the water?! Friendly welcome, amazing outdoors!!
