Excellent service asked them to put the england game on and couldnt do enough for the 10 of us great place had the rigger burger and was great highly recommend it

Good & bad. The morning coffee is disgusting. Worst I've probably ever had. Please change it! Fitness room is good and the hotel's in a convenient location. Outdoor picnic table would be good. Prob no room tho. Like that there are rooms for smokers available in the 'detached' part of the building. Beds decent. Always quiet.

Very basic, but clean, comfortable, friendly & reasonably priced.

It was fine. Large rooms, decent sized bathroom. You get a $5 discount at the attached restaurant for every day you are there. This is the Peace River Western Budget btw.

Average hotel, nothing too fancy nothing too terrible. Beds and pillows are comfy which common that's like the main thing. Prices are reasonable. And this hotel has a pretty decent breakfast

Great customer service and good value. Pool area is nice, and newer beds. Location is close to lots of restaurants.

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel, the staff was great and the room was very clean even though you could tell it gets a lot of traffic. You can get nice views of the lake from the upper floors. Good location by the highway but not loud. Breakfast was so-so but on par for this chain, very busy but only because there was a big group of mountain bikers there for a competition. I would recommend staying here, great value for the money.

Four points Sheraton in grand prairie is clean , wonderfully decorated. And the best staff you could hope for. Amber, Kora, lou,tanisha, and everyone else are amazing people. If you're traveling in grand prairie, you definitely need to stay here.

A crackhead place. Worse place you will find in town. STAY AWAY! Unsafe! You and your belongings are in great danger here.

We booked the pool area for a kids birthday party. It was a great experience! Staff was very knowledgeable. Pool area was well maintained and the kids had a blast! The party room was large and clean. The price was reasonable. We wouldn't hesitate to book a party here again!

Rooms aren't 5 Star by any means, but they're clean and inexpensive. Good place to stay if you're on a budget. Staff is friendly.

Food is awesome

Rooms are clean and comfortable and the front desk staff is very accommodating. Can’t comment on the breakfast cause I’ve never been able to try it. Only reason this isn’t 5 stars is cause of the wifi. It could be better.
