Hotel/Motel

This place has a decent menu with tapas, burgers, sandwiches and pizza. I was pleased with my Philly beef dip and side caesar (no extra charge to upgrade your salad to a caesar). Service was friendly and the front outside patio gives a great view of the town. We got free refills of sida water without asking. It is not actually a hotel anymore, just a restaurant. One suggestion, if you want to sit outside be sure to tell server beforehand.

Rooms are really nice and quiet, staff is friendly, cleaning team does an amazing job everyday! Couldn't ask for more I would say!

Great service and friendly staff. Free daily breakfast was a plus. Highly recommended. Kids love how they can create their own pancakes and waffles.

The location is perfect, so easy to find it. Room is spacious, clean and perfect conditions. Staff is very friendly. Restaurant is excellent.

Rooms were clean, AC worked wonderfully, have been staying there for the past 3 years and will stay there again.

I stayed here over the May Long weekend and the place was a party hotel where they allowed a group to play music through a huge speaker until 2 am each morning with no regard to other guests or neighboring properties. I tried to talk to the front desk about the excessive noise but they don't care about Customer service all they seem to care about is taking my money. The neighboring hotels were quiet and did not allow this ridiculous behavior.

$70 a night for one person. Clean and comfortable. Room even comes with a kitchenette (fridge, stove, microwave). Friendly family well run business. I will be back and I highly recommend it.

Staff were polite and accommodating. Beds were sub par, but if you need an inexpensive place to crash on your way through the price is right.

Great friendly service by the owners who were working. Clean rooms with awesome rates. Walking distance to restaurants and downtown core. Will definitely come again when coming through Vernon.

Canadas Best Value Inn it's more for a night stay. It's on a central street so it is convenient for continuing road trip. For the price it is ok, it's a motel so expect motel quality.

What a dive... I am usually fairly open minded and a simple person, but this crack shack was unacceptable. Sorry guys, but you need to renovate the suites, and clean out the druggies.

They can really cook an excellent prime rib. The Tuna Niçoise is one of my favourites. I love the attentive service and beautiful locale. A tropical paradise indoors.

terrible experience...stayed here for 2 weeks and not once was my room cleaned, even after asking. no gym, laundry, breakfast, nothing! maaaybe alright if you're staying over night but that's about it.

very nice hotel we did have the king presidential suite though pool and hot tub had a funny green color cloudy looking we did use the pool anyhow the breakfast was ok the usual continental breakfast front desk staff and others were very friendly

Nice, clean and modern hotel with spacious room + kitchen. Staff are friendly, courteous and helpful. We stay here on every BC trip.
