Booked a double room last minute, then called to cancel the booking a few hours later when plans changed. Was told “it doesn’t work that way” and we were charged the full amount for a room we didn’t use. They have no cancellation policy, and you need to give a credit card when you book. Can’t comment on the place itself as we never saw it, although judging by other reviews it doesn’t sound like we missed out on much.

Quiet in spite of highway location, room clean, bed comfy, staff great. Had an odd odour in the lobby and exiting the parking lot could be a challenge with the heavy traffic.

*Friendly staff - older motel however good for the cost. *Clean sheets & towels - nice garden in the back and *Superb customer service asked for a few extra toiletries and they provided right away with a smile. *Good for the wallet.

Worst hotel. People don't waste your money. The room we reserved was so disgusting we couldn't stay in it. The stench from the room kept us from even being able to enter it. When I asked for a different room I was told there wasn't one and when I asked for a refund the manager lied. He told me I had to get the refund from the online booking agent that I used. Stay far away from this place - thank goodness we have social media to share our experiences so others can avoid the same issues.

It was alright. It's newly renovated and the rooms are nice. Don't expect much though.

We were there for Canada Day long weekend. Hotel is worn out but rooms were clean and comfy. Hotel staff, specially the lady manager was great. She was very helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. We enjoyed and will return to this property. Thanks

Great customer service at this location. Front desk staff were personable and professional. Room and pool were both clean and well maintained. Access to the 24/7 fitness was fantastic as well. Will stay again with my next trip to Kelowna.

They were doing some construction for their new lobby. Was quite loud in the morning.

This resort accommodated our business group exceptionally well. From the high caliber 2br suite to the entertainment provided we would be happy to come again. Thanks

Can't give lower than 1 star! - discusting place that is vastly overpriced. Infested with ants and earwigs and flies. We had booked ourselves a king room but when we arrived they had put us in a double twin saying we could put the beds together - not possible as they were in different areas of that room with not enough space in either to put them together. The rooms themselves look like s**t with paint on the wall switches, hinges and trim. There was no phone, clock or available power outlets. Faucets leak and micowave was broken, never mind the food splattered inside. The handle was broken off the fridge and the cupboard handles for the"kitchen" were in a baggie on the counter. The AC didn't work and I don't think I would have trusted it if it did. Found a dirty used towel hanging in the shower and the first towel I pulled off the shelf was dirty with something dried on it, the others were stained. There were holes in the ceiling and the cover was missing for the bathroom fan -didn't look that had ever been cleaned. Our TV did not work and when it did was so fuzzy I did't bother wearing my glasses because it did't make any difference. Every image on their website is false and I think the only true statements about amenities was, yes they have toilets and wifi. We tried to contact the front office before leaving but it was still locked at 10AM with no one around.

Parking leaves a bit to be desired (tiny spaces). Other then that, the rooms and hotel is beautiful and sleek. Beds are by far the most comfortable we slept on during this trip. Yummy breakfast (yay cinnamon rolls) and friendly staff. Good location. A very modern and comfortable hotel.

Stayed here for the Canada Day long weekend. They were very accommodating. The staff gave us a guide on all the Canada Day activities and good restaurants nearby. Most other hotels were booked during this time and they still had a few rooms at a very reasonable price. Would definitely stay here again.

I've been staying here for business off & on for about 15 years now twice a month...do the math. It used to great, however the past couple of years it's been going down hill. The room I had this week was with out a doubt the most disgusting room ever. I called to request a different room & was told "I am too busy with a customer right now". It was late & I had no choice but to stay in that room. So I must tell all my colleagues not to waist money here & I will never return. Sad thing is, another HI is opening up a block away. They will finally see a drop in business. Absolutely disappointing.

My friend and I stayed at the Best Western Plus in Kelowna for 2 nights. We had an inner courtyard room which was very quiet ( there had been a big storm over night and we didn't hear a thing). Bed and pillows comfortable, free parking and a substantial breakfast was included. I would definitely choose to stay here again.
